Show notes

For the first interview of Wholly Ourselves, I am joined by Destyn Land, author of "The Rules We Live By: Stories and Reflections on Unlearning Patriarchal Masculinity" to explore the complexities of masculinity, particularly patriarchal masculinity, and its impact on individuals and society. We discuss the need for open dialogue about sexual shame and the importance of understanding trauma in shaping masculine identities.
