Who Wrote That Up For You?

“Who Wrote That Up For You?” shines a light on the American justice system and its role in empowering the powerful to take from us. The justice system is the only branch of our government where an individual – rather than the collective – can make the system act for us. It puts power in the individual’s hands. But it’s broken and being used against us at a time when we need it the most.

Mike Zouhri, PainWorth - Who Wrote That Up For You? Sep 28, 2022 Sep 29, 2022
    Show notes

Mike Zouhri suffered a car accident -- a hit and run -- caused by a drunk driver. The process of tracking down the driver was easy compared to getting justice for his injuries. Conventional wisdom was to hire a local personal injury firm on contingency and take the insurance company to court, but Mike disliked the customer service and the economics. He learned to settle the claim himself, and he turned those lessons into PainWorth, an AI-driven tool that helps others settle their own personal injury claims.
