After 5 weeks of talking 1988, Joe and Animal jump ahead 10 years to watch a Monday Night Raw from exactly 20 years ago. How much did the product change in those 10 years from JCP to WWF and how does this show match up to the current product today? Hear Animal's thoughts along with stories about many of the guys on the show, including Stone Cold Steve Austin, Undertaker, Triple H, The Rock Kane, Mankind, Mr. McMahon, the Stooges, and many many more. It's Animal talking about the Attitude Era, only on the What A Rush Podcast.
Be sure to check out the event schedule for Starrcast, coming to Chicago this Labor Day weekend. You have a chance to hear Animal talk about the War Games with JJ, Tully, and Luger. Also, buy tickets for a 1 on 1 meet and greet with Animal and put on the spiked shoulder pads, or buy an Eat & Greet to have breakfast and hear stories from the man himself at Starrcast.com
After a month of preparing you, we are finally there. It's time to watch along with the Great American Bash from July 10, 1988. Joe Roderick takes Road Warrior Animal back 30 years to Baltimore as they break down the matches on the card that get us ready for the Tower of Doom match. Animal tells us what he remembers from that day, and gives a breakdown of what was going on in the minds of everyone surrounding the ring and cages created by Kevin Sullivan.
Take a trip back in time and relive the final PPV of the Crockett Era before Turner buys the company. Also, hear Animal's upcoming schedule and find out when he'll be near you.
As always, follow the show on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram along with emailing the guys at roadwarriorpodcast@gmail.com
After 4 weeks of watch alongs leading up to the Great American Bash '88, Animal and Joe welcome in Kevin Sullivan. Sullivan talks about the making of the Tower of Doom, and who was originally supposed to be in the match and how it ended up being a 10 man match rather than 2 on 2. Sullivan also discusses working with the Road Warriors, booking them, and how so many dropped the ball. The boys all give their thoughts on random story lines and wrestlers in today's WWE and ways to get guys over. You don't want to miss over 45 minutes with the Task Master in this week's show.
And before they talk with Kevin; Animal listens to Tony Schiavone and Conrad Thompson do their best to imitate the Road Warriors and warns Tony about doing it again.
You can see both Animal and Kevin at Starrcast in Chicago this Labor Day weekend. Find all the info online and be sure to follow Animal and the podcast on Twitter at: @RWAnimal and @WhatARushPod to see where he will be next!

The guys are once again watching along with the action from 30 years ago. It's another episode of NWA World Championship Wrestling as Jim Crockett Promotions is full steam ahead to the Great American Bash.
But before the episode gets going, we get to hear Joe give the play by play of Animal dealing with a Democratic solicitor at his door. Once we get back in to the action, it's all business as we get stories about Dusty (it's been 3 years since his death), the Four Horseman are running wild, and what made Kevin Sullivan so damn good!
Road Warriors return to action on next week's show, so get up to speed on what's going on and be sure to join us again next week!
Watch along as Joe and Road Warrior Animal watch the June 4, 1988 episode of World Championship Wrestling and give running commentary. Even though Animal isn't on the card, many of his friends are, and we are leading up to the Great American Bash which featured the Tower of Doom match.

The guys take a trip back to New Orleans where they interviewed ROH superstar, Flip Gordon. This might be a rough one for Flip to listen to, as Joe and Joe are ALL IN at Starrcast, while Flip is still on the outside looking in.
Flip talks about serving his country, and how he was able to train to wrestle while fulfilling his commitment. He also talks about the current state of ROH and how much he enjoys working there.
Joe and Flip bond over talk of wrestling in Japan, and of course, they had to talk about ALL IN. Safe to say that Animal became a fan of this up and coming young star during this chat.
