In this episode, I take a close look at what has commonly become referred to as \"glitches in the matrix\" after that famous Matrix movie starring Keanu Reeves. These are experiences that have left people scratching their heads and wondering what just happened to them. With no logical explanation that can be found for it.

I take a very brief excursion into the world of holograms, and the holographic universe theory. Of quantum physics and the brightest brains in these areas in the world, who suggest that this world is, in fact, a holographic reality. I look at the Mandela Effect and how living in a holographic reality that has parallel dimensions could possibly explain this. And I have experiences that people like you have had, that they simply cannot explain.

As Elon Musk says: “There is a ONE in a billion chance that we might NOT be living in a simulation.”

When he woke up in the hospital, he had acquired astonishing new abilities. Today we’re going to be looking at cryptozoological creatures and monsters, things that go bump in the night and haunt your dreams. These are creatures of our nightmares and sometimes our waking hours. But, are these creatures of the night that terrorize us as kids, and perhaps as adults, merely the results of nightmares and overactive imaginations? Or, the results of a parent’s using cautionary tales to keep their kids safe? Or is there a reality behind them?

Certainly, most cultures worldwide have their store of legends and myths that persist in many places in the world, up to this very day. Legends, or are they really cryptozoological beings like the Bigfoot, Yowie, or New Zealand’s own Moehau Man? Are these genuine beings or merely cultural legends passed down from generation to generation?

We are going explore this part of the shadowlands, but, south of the border, down Mexico way – as the lyrics of a very old song tell us.

Forestry is one of New Zealand\'s main export industries, and so we have many, many small and large crews working in the bush, as we say here in New Zealand. Very often these work sites are deep into the forest lands and quite isolated from nearby towns or cities. Some even hours of driving away. Their very geographical isolation causes these groups, who generally camp on the worksite in these cases, to become a tight, close-knit working whanau, or family.

Sometimes the world of us humans and the world of the Elemental, interdimensional beings clash, as in this case. What happens then? Is this a good experience for humans, or is it possibly not? In 2006, my guest was dragged under a speeding train in a freak accident. As the surgeons fought to save him, he had a profound NDE.

The effects of which are still being felt in their lives currently. This all started when a drug-addicted cousin came to stay with them in their home, bringing along with her an entity attachment. This entity then began the process of systematically creating issues, pain and suffering in the family - ultimately breaking them all apart. These are experiences that have left people scratching their heads and wondering what just happened to them. With no logical explanation that can be found for it.

I take a very brief excursion into the world of holograms, and the holographic universe theory. Of quantum physics and the brightest brains in these areas in the world, who suggest that this world is, in fact, a holographic reality. I look at the Mandela Effect and how living in a holographic reality that has parallel dimensions could possibly explain this. And I have experiences that people like you have had, that they simply cannot explain.

The Black-Eyed Kids Apr 20, 2020

Picture this: You are asleep in bed, it\'s 2am. Suddenly you are woken by the sound of persistent knocking on your front door, rubbing the sleep from your eyes you go to the door and open it. To your surprise you see two wee children standing on your doorstep. It\'s the middle of winter, but these kids are dressed in inadequate clothing for the weather. Looking at them you are overcome by an irrational and unexplainable terror.

Despite that, your concern for the kids overrides your fears and you ask them what they want and where are their parents? They ask if they can be let in so they can phone them. And then they look up at you and to your horror their eyes are completely black, no whites, no colour whatsoever. Your impulse is to slam the door shut, but inexplicably and against your will, you notice you are actually opening it further.

Black-eyed kids. What are they? Where do they come from? What do they want? Are they real or simply an urban legend? In this episode we\'ll hear theories and experiences from those who have witnessed these enigmatic and strange looking children.

If they do, can they let us know they are still around us? And are they aware of our pain at their loss? Do they know how much we love them?

Deb., tells us all about experiences she had for the period of 18 months following the death of her then, young (27 year old) husband. How her place was \'haunted\' by him but it is not in the least scary. It\'s a love story, touching and very raw, of how love transcends death and how life continues after this existence. Even now 16 years afterwards, the pain is still raw for her.

A Glitch In The Matrix - Experiences Feb 10, 2020

If you saw the Matrix movie starring Keanu Reeves, then you may recall a scene when Neo is with all the crew in the matrix, when they are awakening him, and he looks into the hall and in front of the stair case a black cat walks past, left to right. Immediately it does the same thing. When Neo comments on this the crew members recognized that it was a Glitch in the programming of the matrix, causing that scene to repeat itself. In the movie they could explain what happened. But, how do you deal with events like that happening in this reality, in your day to day life?

This is the situation my guests in this episode found themselves in. Experiences that happened in their lives that they cannot rationalize or explain away. #3 - The Nimitz Encounters Jan 20, 2020

Imagine that you are a military service person, on active duty and during a routine naval exercise. That the role of your ship is to protect the naval fleet from air attacks. Imagine then that during this routine exercise some unidentified objects show themselves on your radars, which is the highest quality and most recent tech available. These object show themselves in groups of up to ten at a time. For days this happens. The systems are taken down and recalibrated in case they are showing errors, but returned showing the objects in sharper detail. Finally the commander of the strike group sends jet fighters to intercept these AAV or Anomalous Aerial Vehicles as the Navy calls them.

The first group goes up and the commander of that flight crew has a very close encounter with one of them, returns to base. A second flight crew is sent up and this time they are able to capture this object which was nicknamed the \'Tic-Tac\' object due to its shape. A video of part of this incident was ‘leaked’ to the world and has been the subject of intense speculation since.

In part one of two episodes I discuss these events and have a very special guests in both episodes. My first guest in this episode, Gary Voorhis was one of the crewmen on board the USS Princeton at the time of the incidents and saw the actual UFOs through the ships \'Big Eyes\" binoculars whilst on board the ship. Extra: Music Of The Plants - Part Two Dec 31, 2019

In the first part of Music of the plants, my guest Gary Cook answered a question a member of my Walking the Shadowlands Facebook group had for him about the Patupaiarehe, (the New Zealand fairy folk), from his previous appearance on the podcast. Then he took us on a gentle stroll, talking about the wonderful world of the plants, and trees around us.

He talked about ‘Tree Blindness’, what that is, and how the term came about. He talked about tree energies and how they worked together, to both support each other, and humanity as a whole. We also had snippets of beautiful, and sort of haunting music a tangelo tree, and a pounamu or New Zealand greenstone, created. Yes, you heard that correctly. That they created. . . .

In this episode we conclude our discussion with Gary explaining about music of the plants. How this music is obtained from them, and how the specific electrical technology came about, to be able to do so. He also shares snippets of music created by these plants and shows an example of how they respond to music being played to them, but creating matching harmonies.

New Zealand is a small country in the South Pacific, for those who don’t know us. Comprising of two main Islands, the North and the South Islands. We are the last stop, and the main gateway to most countries in the world who have bases in the Antarctic. So geographically we are a fairly isolated country, however, our isolation does not preclude us from our fair share of UFO sightings and encounters…. This episode is about our most famous sighting. One that made the news all over the world and is widely regarded as being in the world\'s top ten credible, filmed UFO encounters.

In this episode I go over a timeline of the events on both nights and basic rundown of the over all events. Also, I am very thrilled to have one of the last surviving professional witnesses to those encounters. My guest is a gentleman, now in his late eighties, who was on duty and in control of the Wellington Air Traffic Control Center at the time of these incidents. #8 - The Men-In-Black Dec 16, 2019

When you hear the words \"The Men-in-Black\" some of you will immediately, in your mind, hear that catchy tune sung by Will Smith. Or think of the movie of the same name. For some people however, the fact that a movie was created from real-life events and beings does not escape notice, particularly if you have had the experience of meeting such beings. These meetings sometimes, but not always, follow encounters of whatever description, with UFOs or UAP (unidentified aerial phenomenon), which is the preferred term used these days.

We live in a very mysterious world, and there’s so very much that we don’t understand about it. And, that is just on this planet…. But, we also live in a universe that for those of us who are experiencers, know is teaming with life. There are many things that happen here that just don’t make any sort of sense at all. Some say that The Men-in-Black belong in the don\'t make any sense category. What or who are they? Where do they come from? What is their purpose?

#9 - A Forest Encounter Dec 09, 2019

Forestry is one of New Zealand\'s main export industries, and so we have many, many small and large crews working in the the bush, as we say here in New Zealand. Very often these work sites are deep into the forest lands and quite isolated from near by towns or cities. Some even hours of driving away. Their very geographical isolation causes these groups, who generally camp on the worksite in these cases, to become a tight, close knit working whanau, or family.

Sometimes the world of us humans and the world of the Elemental, interdimensional beings clash, as in this case. What happens then? Is this a good experience for the human, or is it possibly not? And what would you do if you were in such a situation, where you came across such a being? How would you react? What would you do? And, how would this be experienced for you?

My guest in this episode has requested to remain anonymous and I have respected their wish. This guest shares their experiences with us, that happened whilst they were working deep within the heart of a specific area of the New Zealand forest.

Imagine being 19 years old. In the US Military, a member of the military police force. In a foreign country. Your base is on lock down due to some unknown activity and you are assigned to guard the East gate of your base. Whilst doing so, you come face to face with something completely out of this world, literally. How would you cope at the time? What would you do afterwards? How would it affect the rest of your life? And then the following night another incident occurs that you witness, how would that shatter your paradigms of reality?

These are the actual events that happened to my guest M. Stacy Smith in 1980. During what has become one of the world\'s most famous UFO incidents. Called the Rendlesham Forest incident. My guest was based on the Bentwaters, base on England’s East Coast.

The Nimitz Encounters - Part Two Nov 11, 2019

This week is the final episode in this two-part series on the famous ‘Tic-Tac’ video and the things that were witnessed by members of the USS Nimitz Strike force while they were on a routine training mission off the California coast. In the previous episode I introduced the events and talked a little about the time line and what precisely happened. The Nimitz Encounters Nov 04, 2019

Imagine that you are a military service person, on active duty and during a routine naval exercise. That the role of your ship is to protect the naval fleet from air attacks. Imagine then that during this routine exercise some unidentified objects show themselves on your radars, which is the highest quality and most recent tech available. These object show themselves in groups of up to ten at a time. For days this happens. The systems are taken down and recalibrated in case they are showing errors, but returned showing the objects in sharper detail. Finally the commander of the strike group sends jet fighters to intercept these AAV or Anomalous Aerial Vehicles as the Navy calls them.

The first group goes up and the commander of that flight crew has a very close encounter with one of them, returns to base. A second flight crew is sent up and this time they are able to capture this object which was nicknamed the \'Tic-Tac\' object due to its shape. A video of part of this incident was ‘leaked’ to the world and has been the subject of intense speculation since.

In part one of two episodes I discuss these events and have a very special guests in both episodes. My first guest in this episode, Gary Voorhis was one of the crewmen on board the USS Princeton at the time of the incidents and saw the actual UFOs through the ships \'Big Eyes\" binoculars whilst on board the ship. He shares what his role was on the ship and his experiences of these objects and what happened after.

David & The Star People - Part two Oct 28, 2019

Last episode I briefly went over some definitions related to this subject and I introduced my guest for these two episodes, David Montgomery. David shared some of his experiences with Star People , some of his experiences that he remembers. Experiences like going to some underground meeting chamber, and speaking with groups of diverse species of Star People. He talked about the androgynous being whose facial features he never saw, who met him at the door to the underground chamber where he spoke with these beings. He talked about beings around his bed at home.

In this final episode of my conversation with David, he discusses his experience with the Men-in-Black, including a very scary one, that I have never heard of happening before. It certainly scared David and made him feel very vulnerable. He also discusses his thoughts on his experiences and what he has taken from them.

The Kaikoura Incidents Oct 14, 2019

New Zealand is a small country in the South Pacific, for those who don’t know us. Comprising of two main Islands, the North and the South Islands. We are the last stop, and the main gateway to most countries in the world who have bases in the Antarctic. So geographically we are a fairly isolated country, however, our isolation does not preclude us from our fair share of UFO sightings and encounters…. This episode is about our most famous sighting. One that made the news all over the world and is widely regarded as being in the world\'s top ten credible, filmed UFO encounters.

In this episode I go over a timeline of the events on both nights and basic rundown of the over all events. Also, I am very thrilled to have one of the last surviving professional witnesses to those encounters. My guest is a gentleman, now in his late eighties, who was on duty and in control of the Wellington Air Traffic Control Center at the time of these incidents. He is so kind as to share his recollection of the events with us all. His name is John Cordy. The Men-In-Black Sep 23, 2019

When you hear the words \"The Men-in-Black\" some of you will immediately, in your mind, hear that catchy tune sung by Will Smith. Or think of the movie of the same name. For some people however, the fact that a movie was created from real-life events and beings does not escape notice, particularly if you have had the experience of meeting such beings. These meetings sometimes, but not always, follow encounters of whatever description, with UFOs or UAP (unidentified aerial phenomenon), which is the preferred term used these days.

We live in a very mysterious world, and there’s so very much that we don’t understand about it. And, that is just on this planet…. But, we also live in a universe that for those of us who are experiencers, know is teaming with life. There are many things that happen here that just don’t make any sort of sense at all. Some say that The Men-in-Black belong in the don\'t make any sense category. What or who are they? Where do they come from? What is their purpose?

In this episode I explore the myths and the realities of these encounters and beings. I personally had an encounter with these beings the day after a close UFO encounter. I share my story with you in this episode, along with the experiences shared by many other people.

The Bentwaters Incident - A New Perspective. Sep 16, 2019

Imagine being 19 years old. In the US Military, a member of the military police force. In a foreign country. Your base is on lock down due to some unknown activity and you are assigned to guard the East gate of your base. Whilst doing so, you come face to face with something completely out of this world, literally. How would you cope at the time? What would you do afterwards? How would it affect the rest of your life? And then the following night another incident occurs that you witness, how would that shatter your paradigms of reality?

These are the actual events that happened to my guest M. Stacy Smith in 1980. During what has become one of the world\'s most famous UFO incidents. Called the Rendlesham Forest incident. My guest was based on the Bentwaters, base on England’s East Coast.

Stacy has never before come forward publically to speak about his experiences on those nights, but he is doing so for the very first time with me. And what a story it is. . . .

It is a long, but a very interesting experience, and he also has a photo of the spot he felt he was being observed from, that shows something anomalous! A Forest Encounter Aug 26, 2019

Forestry is one of New Zealand\'s main export industries, and so we have many, many small and large crews working in the the bush, as we say here in New Zealand. Very often these work sites are deep into the forest lands and quite isolated from near by towns or cities. Some even hours of driving away. Their very geographical isolation causes these groups, who generally camp on the worksite in these cases, to become a tight, close knit working whanau, or family.

Sometimes the world of us humans and the world of the Elemental, interdimensional beings clash, as in this case. What happens then? Is this a good experience for the human, or is it possibly not? And what would you do if you were in such a situation, where you came across such a being? How would you react? What would you do? And, how would this be experienced for you?

My guest in this episode has requested to remain anonymous and I have respected their wish. This guest shares their experiences with us, that happened whilst they were working deep within the heart of a specific area of the New Zealand forest.

Music Of The Plants - Part Two Aug 19, 2019

In the first part of Music of the plants, my guest Gary Cook answered a question a member of my Walking the Shadowlands Facebook group had for him about the Patupaiarehe, (the New Zealand fairy folk), from his previous appearance on the podcast. Then he took us on a gentle stroll, talking about the wonderful world of the plants, and trees around us.

He talked about ‘Tree Blindness’, what that is, and how the term came about. He talked about tree energies and how they worked together, to both support each other, and humanity as a whole. We also had snippets of beautiful, and sort of haunting music a tangelo tree, and a pounamu or New Zealand greenstone, created. Yes, you heard that correctly. That they created. . . .

In this episode we conclude our discussion with Gary explaining about music of the plants. How this music is obtained from them, and how the specific electrical technology came about, to be able to do so. He also shares snippets of music created by these plants and shows an example of how they respond to music being played to them, but creating matching harmonies.

Glitch in the Matrix - A Holographic Reality? Jul 29, 2019

In this episode I take a close look at what have commonly become referred to as \"glitches in the matrix\" after that famous Matrix movie starring Keanu Reeves. These are experiences that have left people scratching their heads and wondering what just happened to them. With no logical explanation that can be found for it.

I take a very brief excursion into the world of holograms, and the holographic universe theory. Of quantum physics and the brightest brains in these areas in the world, who suggest that this world is, in fact, a holographic reality. I look at the Mandela Effect and how living in a holographic reality that has parallel dimensions could possibly explain this. And I have experiences that people like you have had, that they simply cannot explain.

Paranormal Investigations with James Gilberd Jul 21, 2019

Old buildings, deserted for many years. Or relatively new buildings, both homes and businesses, or medical institutions and even land, have been known to have ghostly inhabitants. Inhabitants that can scare and disturb the people who currently live, or work in these places. Because of this, there are a rare group of people who make it their mission to seek out such places, such haunted locations. There can be many reasons for this.

My guest tonight James Gilberd., is one such person. I have been following James\' Paranormal Investigation group (Spooked: New Zealand Strange Occurrences Society) and page for some time, partly because of professional courtesy, as I also run my own paranormal investigation group, called Shadowlands Paranormal Investigations. Supernatural beings are a part of all cultures world wide. There are not many, if any, cultures in this world that don’t have a version of these inter-dimensional beings. They go by many names – dependent on where in the world they are found. But, there are not only one variety of these beings, there are many. Here are some names, a few of them go by. In Ireland and the British Isles, they are called the Fae, Fairies, Pixies, Leprechauns, the Seelie or Unseelie. . . .

Here in New Zealand there are two basic types called the Patupaiarehe which are land based beings and the Pona-Turi which are sea based beings. But, dependent on where in New Zealand they are found, they go by different names. They are also called Patuparehe, Paiarehe and Parehe, Turehu, Korakorako, Tahurangi and Heketor.

In this episode I will cover the history of New Zealand interaction with these beings and actual interactions people here have had with these folk. Both historical and recent.

The Moehau Man Jun 24, 2019

Throughout the world there are stories and legends of huge, hairy, ape-like creatures that have persisted over the centuries, through re-tellings of cultural myths and legends. Also ,of actual reported sightings of such creatures. These beings go by many different names. In North America, they are called Sasquatch, or the more common name of Bigfoot. Across the ditch in Australia, they are called the Yowie. In the Himalayas and parts of Asia they are called the Yeti, or the Meh Teh. So many different names for the same creature, or family of creatures.

New Zealand with our geographical isolation is not immune from such a being. We call ours the Moehau Man. He also has other names in New Zealand, dependent on the part of the country he is seen in. Names such as Maero, Matau, Tuuhourangi, Taongina, and Rapuwai. In this episode I explore the myths of this creature. Hear actual reported sightings, and finally I interview a guest Marc Copell who is has had actually experiences with these creatures and is now in the process of creating a documentary about them.

Every country in the world. Every culture in the world, has their stories of unexplained monsters. Monsters that can be very dangerous to humans, malevolent, nasty. Also of others who are more benevolent, even protective of groups of people they see as under their care. But are these stories merely myths and legends? Or do they in fact, have a basis in reality?

In this episode we explore a very well known New Zealand monster, called the Taniwha. Even New Zealand children can tell you stories about the Taniwha that inhabit our oceans, our waterways. Skin Walkers Jun 03, 2019

Skin walkers, ee naaldloosh, bear walkers, ishkitini. These are names given by Native American cultures to a type of harmful witch, who has the ability to turn into – or disguise themselves as an animal. Most often in the form or shape of coyotes, wolves, foxes, cougars, dogs, bears, and sometimes even ravens or owls. In the Navajo cultures they are the skin walkers or ee naaldloosh.

Very real, very malevolent beings with the ability to harm and bring misfortune to their victims. In these next two episodes we will be hearing people\'s experiences with these beings. Along with an interview of a native Navajo person, whose voice and identity has been hidden as it is forbidden to talk about these beings for fear of attracting them to you. Near Death Experiences (NDE) Apr 27, 2019

There are people who have died, often traumatically, but were able to be revived. Very often these people have unusual experiences before being revived. These are called Near Death Experiences (NDE).
