Vee is back from spring break and ready for another therapy session! Alessandra finds a childhood photo that has both her and Vee thinking about the words that were said to them, specifically by their fathers. Although being resilient is a great quality, sometimes we just want to let go of that trauma that brought us to this state of being.
Vee shares the experiences she had with her father after her parent's divorce, the words he used that traumatized her, and why she still doesn't have a relationship with him to this day. Alessandra's story is similar as she explains why she stopped spending time with her father in her teen years, how she removed herself from family functions, and admits that when she has kids, they probably wouldn't spend too much time with him.
