This episode, “Veganizing Dinner,” is the third episode of my 4-part series called, “Easy To Be Vegan.” In this series, I explain how easy it is to veganize any meal, any day, any time. My hope for this series is that it empowers people to transition away from choices that harm themselves, other beings, and this planet. And for those listeners who are already vegan, I’m hoping this series will give you ideas and inspiration to help you stay vegan for life.
Let’s be real. No one needs to suffer and die for us to have dinner. Instead of having a dinner full of cruelty, cholesterol, and carcinogens, we can have a delicious dinner full of compassion, full of life, and full of plants!
