In this episode, I talk about self-forgiveness. Many of us carry the weight of our past hardships and trauma. We often tend to be too hard on ourselves for not knowing better, or perhaps doing something different at the time.
However, it's so important to remember that you made the best choices you could with the knowledge and courage you had in those moments. It's time to break free from self-criticism and to show self-compassion to oneself.
I want you to forgive yourself and step into a brighter future. Remember, it is through the grace of God that we can truly release ourselves from the chains of the past and find peace in forgiveness.
I want to encourage you that in addition to seeking spiritual guidance, I also encourage you to reach out to trained professionals who can provide the support and tools you need on your journey towards self-forgiveness and healing.

In this episode, I chose to read a chapter from my book "necessary." This chapter is titled "Head of Household". I discussed the power of overcoming fear and trauma, as I recall an event from my childhood. Many of us have been through so much pain and grief; however, we don't have to remain stuck in the past. If you can identify with any part of my story, I pray you seek help from a trained professional so that you can discover the strength within you to move forward and heal. Do not fear. Always know that you can overcome this.
I want you to hold tight to His word, Psalm 27:1 (KJV), "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"
Remember, you are stronger than you know, and God will guide you through it all. Let this video be a source of inspiration and encouragement as you embark on your healing journey and transformation.

Let's seek to build meaningful connections based on understanding, empathy, and mutual respect. As a sidenote, if you are experiencing any form of abuse, always seek professional help from a trained expert.
