Aditi Kinkhabwala on Joe Flacco, Deshaun Watson & the Steelers QB current catastrophe Jan 04, 2024

Show notes

The 2023 NFL Pro Bowl rosters were announced on Wednesday night, and the Cleveland Browns have 5 Pro Bowlers headed to the All-Star showcase.

Myles Garrett, Joel Bitonio, David Njoku, Amari Cooper & Denzel Ward are the team's five representatives, while six others were selected as alternates. The alternates include Corey Bojorquez, Dustin Hopkins, Wyatt Teller, Ethan Pocic, JOK & Grant Delpit.

MJ Emerson was left off both lists. Was the 2nd year star snubbed or did the voters get it right?

Joe Flacco will NOT play against the Bengals in Week 18, but Kevin Stefanski has not said which other starters will rest with him. The guys run through the list of players who may or may not play, and give their thoughts on who needs to suit up, and who needs to sit down.

Joe Flacco is the 2nd favorite right now to win the NFL's Comeback Player of the Year, trailing only Buffalo's Demar Hamlin in the Vegas odds, but does he actually have the best case to win the award?

Plus, Aditi Kinkhabwala & Bernie Kosar join the show to talk all things Cleveland football.

Are the Cleveland Cavaliers BETTER WITHOUT Donovan Mitchell? Jan 03, 2024

Show notes

The Jets released veteran RB Dalvin Cook on Tuesday in hopes of signing with a playoff contender before Week 18.

Enter the Cleveland Browns, which could use some help in the running game.

Andrew Berry has had success picking off former Jets players in the past, so should he take a swing at Dalvin Cook for a playoff push?

If Joe Flacco doesn't play against the Bengals in Week 18, should the Browns start PJ Walker or Jeff Driskel? Walker has a better win-loss record but Driskel has far superior stats.

Which Cleveland Browns player/executive/coach has changed your opinion of them the most this season? It can be in a good way or a bad way, but which player has it been?

Leroy Hoard also joins the show to talk about how the Browns should handle the final week of the regular season.

Plus, the Cleveland Cavaliers have lost two straight with Donovan Mitchell back in the lineup after winning three of four without him. There's a lot of chatter on social media about how the team plays better with Mitchell on the bench, but is there any truth to that theory?

REST VS. RUST: What should Kevin Stefanski do with the Cleveland Browns starters in Week 18? Jan 02, 2024

Show notes

The Cleveland Browns are locked into the 5th seed of the AFC Playoff picture, regardless of the outcome in Week 18 against the Bengals.

Kevin Stefanski has a decision on his hands now: rest his starters and have them a little healthier for the first round of the playoffs, or play them against the Bengals in order to keep their momentum up for a Super Bowl run.

We already know the panel doesn't see eye to eye on this topic, so this should be fun.

Elijah Moore has tweeted he's doing better since suffering a scary concussion in the win over the Jets, but there's no guarantee he comes back to play this season.

If Moore can't return, do the Browns need to go after a veteran WR to boost that group before the postseason begins?

Mary Kay Cabot and ESPN Bengals reporter Ben Baby both stop by the show to help us preview Sunday's matchup.

Plus, Ohio State has a problem and it may start with the head coach. Former Buckeye star Tyvis Powell weighs in on whether or not Ryan Day is the right man to lead the Ohio State program into the future, as Michigan gets ready to play for a National Championship.

Happy New Year's!

NOBODY wants to play the Cleveland Browns in the playoffs right now! | Scariest team in the NFL? Dec 29, 2023

Show notes

Despite what feels like 1,384 injuries to key players this season, the Cleveland Browns are playoff bound after clinching their spot in the postseason on TNF with a convincing 37-20 win over the Jets.

Joe Flacco threw for 296 yards in the first half, 309 for the full game, and 3 TDs as the Browns offense struck gold early and often before putting the Jets out of reach.

No Amari Cooper in the lineup meant David Njoku had to step up, and he did with 128 yards in the first half alone. Elijah Moore caught a TD against his former team before leaving with a concussion. Jerome Ford also caught 2 TD passes from Flacco, who now has 13 in 5 games with the Browns.

The defense dominated the Jets as well after an opening drive score, holding Trevor Siemian and company out of the end zone the rest of the night.

Myles Garrett recorded a sack, Ronnie Hickman had a pick-6, and the rest of the defense wrecked havoc on the Jets offense all night long.

Kevin Stefanski was overcome with joy and emotion as the final whistle blew, as his team won its 11th game of the year and clinched a playoff berth.
