Is Obo Okoronkwo the best value deal of NFL free agency so far? | Cleveland Browns sign another DT Mar 17, 2023

Show notes

The Cleveland Browns signed Obo Okoronkwo to a 3 year, $22 million dollar contract to kick off NFL free agency.

After 4 days of madness, is that the best bargain deal in the league? If not, what is? Maybe it's the Browns signing of Dalvin Tomlinson or Juan Thornhill.

Andrew Berry brought in another DT to boost the interior on Thursday with former second round pick Trysten Hill. Hill has been injured for most of his career but was a highly touted prospect coming out of college.

D'Qwell Jackson joins the show to give us his thoughts on Andrew Berry's performance through the first week of free agnecy.

Plus, Darren Smith hops on to give us the inside scoop on Juan Thornhill & Mecole Hardman.

They we play a game of "Do You Trust Me?" with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What would an all-time Cleveland Guardians pitching rotation look like? Mar 16, 2023

Show notes

Welcome to Cleveland, Juan Thornhill & Maurice Hurst!

Andrew Berry & Jim Schwartz are bringing reinforcements to town to help sure up the Cleveland Browns defense in 2023. However, the team did lose Jacoby Brissett to the Washington Commanders as well.

Thornhill brings a wealth of experience to the Browns secondary after winning his second Super Bowl with the Chiefs last month. The team needed a safety after cutting John Johnson III a few weeks back. Hurst hasn't played much at all the last two seasons but was very productive in 11 games back in 2020. It's a low risk, high reward signing for the team.

Brissett got more money than the Browns were willing to offer and a chance to start in Washington, but losing him certainly hurts. Will Kellen Mond be the Browns' backup in 2023 now?

The panel also picks its best "Progressive Field Era" starting rotation & bullpen for the Cleveland Guardians/Indians.

Then Cleveland Cavaliers legend Campy Russell stops in studio for his UCSS debut following a disappointing Cavs loss to the 76ers.

Lamar Jackson not having an agent is "STUPEFYING" | Aditi Kinkhabwala Mar 15, 2023

Show notes

Even after the signings of Dalvin Tomlinson and Obo Okoronkwo, the Cleveland Browns still have plenty of cap space to work with in free agency.

Andrew Berry didn't make any moves on day 2, but who should he target on day 3?

A few potential targets, like Arden Key & Larry Ogunjobi are off the board already, and Jim Schwartz's defense still has a lot of holes to fill. Plus, Kevin Stefanski can always use more weapons on offense for himself & Deshaun Watson.

The Cleveland Cavaliers cleaned up on the glass & crushed the Charlotte Hornets without Donovan Mitchell on Tuesday. The Cavs have a quick turnaround & host the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday to determine the series winner.

Plus, a game of True or False with Tyvis & Jay back in studio.
