Jill's friend, Erika, opened up about her six-year long struggle trying to conceive. Erika was very candid about the hurt she felt being surrounded by pregnant women. She gave great advice for those who are struggling.

Welcome to the first episode of Two Kids and A Career with Jill Devine. This podcast came to fruition when Jill was on maternity leave with her first daughter. She wanted to talk about the struggles of juggling motherhood and family life with a career. Jill also wanted to have real conversations about topics that some women are scared to have with their best friends, sisters, moms, etc. because of fear of being shamed or judged. Some of these conversations are the most important to be had so you know you aren’t alone. In the "launch" episode, Jill explains the moment she realized she needed to do this podcast.
