The reliability of incoming calls. 2. When did Jay tell Jenn about the murder? 3. Was there a pay phone at Best Buy? 4. Did Jay lead the police to Hae's car? And 5. Did Jay and Adnan visit Kristi Vinson on the night of the murder? This is part of their "process of elimination" approach to leaving you with no other options besides a guilty Adnan. Bob addresses every element and easily points out the flaws in The Prosecutors' arguments.

This is Jay Wilds' second official recorded interview. The interview took place on March 15, 1999. Two weeks after Adnan Syed's arrest. In this interview Jay has been present with a map of cell tower locations, and the call logs from 1/13/99. Here Jay's story completely changes from his first official interview on 2/28/99. The benefit of the audio as opposed to the transcript is that you can hear the long pauses. You can hear the detectives tapping on something. And if you listen really closely, you can actually hear them writing things down during some of those pauses.

This is the full, unedited audio from Jay Wilds' first official recorded interview with police. As the official story goes, Ritz and McGillivary interviewed Jenn Pusateri on 2/27/99 where she told them that Jay had told her that Adnan Syed killed Hae Min Lee. Later that night, the Detectives picked Jay up at work and took him to the station for an interview. After a 50 minute unrecorded pre-interview, the tape is turned on in the early morning hours of 2/28/99 to record this interview.

This is Jennifer Pusateri's full and unedited interview from 2/27/99. According to the official record, Jenn was first approached by Police at her house on the evening of Feb. 26. At that point, she told them that she was busy, but agreed to go down to the station to be interviewed later. She then went to the police station around 9pm on the 26th. In that interview she told the Detectives that she didn't know anything about Hae's murder. The next morning, Jenn and her mother met the Detectives at her attorney's home where she was interviewed a second time. After that, everyone went to the Police station and Jenn was interviewed a third time. That third interview was recorded, and that's what you will be hearing in this episode.
