It’s ya boy, B-Wagz, THE Bobby Wagner, tackling Episode 4 of Truss Levelz. Pro Bowls upon Pro Bowls, All-Decade Team, five-time First Team All-Pro recipient — ya feel? Legend status. B-Wagz breaks it all down this week. Being a Jordan Brand athlete — elite! Remembering how the announcers on draft night gave his 2012 Seattle draft class a fat F — not a C or a D — an eff'in' F! But the young guns proved the haters wrong two years later with that Super Bowl win. Facts. Bobby takes it back to his first trip to Utah State and being up to his knees in snow (in sweatpants, no less). That time he accidentally took down Sherm in practice rookie year. And he drops a little bit of Wagner wisdom on the boys about being his own agent. Wags also says he will not retire until he gets to wear his dream uniform color combo. Food, travel, music and more. Bobby Wagner chops it up big time on this episode of Truss Levelz. Tune IN.

George Kittle Oct 07, 2020

Show notes

Yeeeet! It’s the one and only, the money bag-holding, tight end-playing, beast — George Kittle! Buckle up for a lot of laughs as Cam and Mark get right into George’s boyhood in Iowa, how his family is basically an All-Star lineup of record-breaking athletes, and why he played at three different high schools. Then it's onto college at Iowa; including how good he was at drinking beer and what it was like playing tight end in the Big Ten while weighing a mere 220 pounds … hint, not easy. George gets into how he played well — quietly — his rookie year in the league and then what it was like transitioning to superstar status when he blew up his second season. He also shares his pregame tradition — reading a letter that is written by his father, something they’ve been doing since George’s first snaps at Iowa. Then… SPOILER ALERT! Game of Thrones talk gets … intense. George explains how he would’ve changed the ending and why he would’ve been a great extra to get killed in a battle scene. WWE, video games, and why George is absolutely terrified of horses, are more reasons why you’ll want to strap in for this one.

Say hello to Hollywood, as he gets into it all, including explaining how Florida Pop Warner is just different, with thousands in the stands and the whole hood coming out to rock with their guys. His rise is unique: With no D1 offers, he told his mom he’d go JUCO and wouldn’t come back without a D-I scholarship, and … He. Did. That. Then he talks going crazy at Oklahoma, including setting the school record for yards in a game and playing with two Heisman QB’s. From there it’s off to the league, to what it’s like being boys with the MVP, why he loves playing for the Ravens and him popping off his rookie year. Oh, and one more thing — you do not want to play Hollywood in any video g

We’re going big out of the gates. Rookie-of-the-Year big. Two-thousand-yards-rushing-AND-receiving big. Of course, we’re talking about our friend and colleague, Alvin Kamara, aka AK. He joins Truss Levelz to talk facts. The Norcross, Georgia, high school star tells how his upbringing shaped his views on life. Why that shape didn’t fit all that well at Alabama. How it caused him to spend a year in the JUCO wilderness only to return to Division I FBS and, ultimately, to be drafted into the NFL. Alvin talks about his rookie year in New Orleans. His big breakout season in 2018. And that sacrifice of playing on one leg for an entire season. AK doesn’t hold back on anything. The running back is on a Hall of Fame trajectory. You’ll want to hear how he got where he is and where he plans to go.
