Paul Dennis Reid - "The Fast Food Killer" Nov 25, 2019
    Show notes

Paul Dennis Reid was dubbed "The Fast Food Killer' after he murdered seven people in 3 different Tennessee robberies in 1997. Reid's childhood was unstable to say the least. He had a very low IQ and suffered from a large number of head injuries both as a child and as an adult.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the life and crimes of Paul Reid. Reid had a history of armed robbery and was sent to prison in Texas in his younger days. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee to become a country singing star. But, when that didn't work out, he resorted to the one thing he knew how to do; commit armed robberies. And, in doing so, he killed 7 innocent people and gravely injured another.

    Elroy Chester Nov 18, 2019
    Show notes

We're headed to Texas to discuss the life and crimes of Elroy Chester. Chester began as a burglar early in life and spent years in prison on those charges. After he was paroled he started right back up again. But, this time around, he was not content with breaking into homes and stealing things. He began committing sexual assaults and murders.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss Elroy Chester's crimes. This is a death penalty case where the question was raised regarding Chester's low mental capacity. His low intelligence was pretty well documented over the years including tests while he was in elementary school that placed him special education classes. However, the State argued that the steps Elroy went through while committing his crimes showed a level of sophistication that far exceeded his IQ scores. Elroy Chester left a big path of destruction in the Port Arthur, Texas area.

    Paul Hill Nov 11, 2019
    Show notes

Paul Hill was a married father of three who lived in Pensacola, Florida. Hill found his calling at a young age and, after graduating from seminary school, became a pastor. He later realized that he wasn't cut out for the job and instead went into business for himself.

In Pensacola, Paul got very entrenched into the anti-abortion movement. He came to believe that the only way to stop doctors from performing abortions was to kill them. He set out a plan to make that happen at the local clinic where he protested on a daily basis.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the life and crimes of Paul Hill. How did this former minister come to believe that God wanted him to murder a doctor? On that fateful day of July 29th, 1994, Paul not only killed the doctor at the clinic but also shot an elderly couple that had picked up the doctor at the airport. This episode will leave you scratching your head. This man who believed in the sanctity of life so much murdered two people and wounded a third. And in the end, the State took his life for his actions. But to his final day, Paul Hill never wavered in his belief that what he did was right.
