Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta look to kick off their start of the NFL season officially, but before they do that, they quickly recap this weekend in baseball as TPK says the Yankees need an overhaul from the “bottom to the top” as they continue their embarrassing losing streak. Next, they officially dive into the NFL season and do so by starting with the AFC East(10:20). They give out their bets for win totals(11:54), division winners(25:53), team props(30:11), and player props(35:23). They then follow up the AFC East by doing the same for the AFC North with win totals(42:31), division winners(60:25), team props(62:16), and player props(64:40). Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta start off the podcast with a recap of last night’s episode of Hard Knocks and it brings them back to their high school football days, as Sal and the Parlay Kid share their stories about their own rookie hazing. They then look to continue their college football previews by giving out their win projection bets for the ACC, including, Clemson (20:12), FSU (23:55), UNC (26:30), Louisville (29:49), Miami (32:30), and Pitt (35:48). To wrap up the ACC they finish with their conference winner (40:16) and best prop bet for the conference (43:06). Kicking Off College Football Season With A Big Ten And SEC Preview Aug 14, 2023

They discuss the first weekend of NFL preseason games (2:07) where Bryce Young didn’t do much, but Raiders' Aidan O’Connell shined. This is followed by a quick MLB discussion, where the Mets and the Yankees both suffered a weekend of embarrassing losses (11:28). Next, college football season is here and they start their previews by going over the Big Ten and SEC conferences. First, they dive into the SEC and give out their win total bets for Georgia (20:32), Alabama (24:53), LSU (28:48), Tennessee (33:11), Texas A&M (36:12), Ole Miss (38:54), Kentucky (42:53), South Carolina (45:49), and Florida (48:24). The Hard Knocks Premiere, Coach Of The Year Odds, Diggs Intercepting Dak, And Summer School With TPK Aug 09, 2023

Cousin Sal and the DG3 open up the podcast by sharing their rave reviews of this season’s premiere of Hard Knocks. They talk about seeing a likable side of Aaron Rodgers, while Parlay Kid’s only complaint is that Saleh may use too much profanity. They segue this conversation into Coach of the Year odds (16:09), where they all give their winners for this NFL season, and to no one’s surprise, Harry still does not think Andy Reid is a good coach. Sal then looks to wrap up the NFL talk with more discussion about the Cowboys training camp and why he doesn’t think Trevon Diggs should be celebrating intercepting Dak as much as he is. Next up is baseball (37:11) and they look at Aaron Boone’s most recent ejection which left Brother Bri annoyed because he feels Boone backs his players although doesn’t hold them accountable. A Sharp Tank Sweep, 2024 NFL Hall Of Fame Nominees, Which MLB Team Will Make The Playoffs? Aug 07, 2023

Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta look to start the week strong as they’re coming off a Sharp Tank sweep, including Harry winning his WNBA play of the year, although TPK was unimpressed by it. They recap the weekend in sports as the USWNT lost in the Round of 16 to fall out of the World Cup, while Jake Paul beat Nate Diaz in a fight that went the distance. That was not the only fight of the weekend, as they shift to the MLB where Jose Ramirez fought Tim Anderson and both received suspensions (11:17) so they discuss how baseball may need more fighting before moving on to which teams on the brink of a wild card berth will make the playoffs. Next up is the NFL, where they discuss the 2024 Hall Of Fame nominees, and they all agreed that only one of the players listed should get in (29:00). They then take a turn to Hard Knocks (35:43), where Joel gives them some hypothetical odds before moving on to Cowboys training camp where Dak has been throwing some interceptions and Parlay Kid remembers Tony Romo’s preseason injury from years ago. Finally, they wrap things up with Harry’s recent trip to California, where he seemed to have trouble standing on the beach (52:41)
