Kelly Hays Hikes on getting EMERGENCY Surgery on the Appalachian Trail, Thru Hiking the Florida Trail, & much more Jun 21, 2023

Kelly Hays Hikes is a badass thru hiker who has taken on many of the long distance trails in the country. She hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2021, and the two of us were able to meet on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2022. She also hiked the Florida Trail this past winter, and her videos were so inspiring that it really changed my mind about that seemingly unpopular trail.

He’s had 3 FAILED Attempts at the Appalachian Trail FKT... but he’s not giving up (Kristian Morgan) Jun 14, 2023

Kristian Morgan has attempted to set the Fastest Known Time for the Appalachian Trail three times since 2019. In 2022 he was able to capture the second fastest time in the world, but fell short of the ultimate goal. He's not giving up though, and in July of 2023 he's going for his fourth attempt... and this time, he just might get it.
