Episode 9: In-Between: Fitting In vs Belonging Jun 14, 2019
    Show notes

Today it's another in-between episode and we're talking about a topic on our hearts - fitting in vs. belonging. We talk about what the two concepts mean to us, and why so many of us feel the need to fit in so that we can be validated by our community. Where do we look for validation? Who do we create for? Why do we want to fit in so much?

Curiousity is a beautiful way to figure out who you are and what makes you uniquely you. Ask questions, explore your passions and interests, and go within to find your own acceptance and true belonging. This is the work that we all have to do, our contracts as humans, to find ourselves and our own internal knowing that we inherently belong, that we are inherently worthy.
