    12. Building RESILIENCE - an interview with Dr. Jacqui Horner Mar 23, 2020
    Show notes

This week's episode is an EPIC interview with founder of Resilience Rising Vet, Dr. Jacqui Horner.

Resilience Rising Vet's mission is to bring awareness to mental health and equip veterinarians with resources for wellness and to help veterinarians build resilience. In light of global events surrounding COVID-19, I can't think of a better person to interview to give us all some advice on cultivating wellness and resiliency.

This interview is SO impactful, and we have very candid and vulnerable conversations surrounding topics including anxiety and depression, so if you're someone struggling with either/both, I want you to be forewarned that this could be potentially triggering.

Jacqui is an epic human, I hope you LOVE this episode and find so much value in our conversation!

You can find Jacqui on Instagram @resiliencerisingvet and at her website Resiliencerisingvet.com ! If you love this episode, don't forget to share on your IG stories and tag myself @_lo.curtis and Jacqui!

    xoxo,

    Lo

    Show notes

In this episode we're talking with Sarah, the new grad vet!
