Man Photographs ALIEN - The Ilkley Moor Incident Oct 20, 2025

Show notes

They say ‘without footage, it is fiction’. Ok that wasn’t Socrates, I think it was actually Jason Lee’s coach character in the video game ‘Skate 3’. Even still, that means that this case isn’t PURE fiction, because it does contain photographic evidence. Evidence that for decades has been considered some of the best in British UFO history. But is it good enough for Kit and Rory to say it’s real and give it an elusive ‘yes’ at the end of the podcast? Show notes

In this limited series Kit and Rory, the hosts of This Paranormal Life, are podcasting straight from the desert — recording right outside the gates of Area 51 and investigating it’s shocking history to figure out whether something paranormal is really happening here…

Few locations on earth are shrouded with as much paranormal intrigue as the U.S Air Force facility known as Area 51. Located in The Groom Lake Salt Flats in the Nevada Desert, officially it is the secret location of a test site for new and advanced flight technology. This secrecy, as well as a host of strange events has made Area 51 synonymous with conspiracy and the unexplained.

Pilot Becomes Possessed by an Alien Mid-Flight Sep 29, 2025

Show notes

We’ve all had bad experiences flying before - You get delayed on the runway, you get stuck in the middle seat, you’re ‘cut off’ from alcoholic beverages because you drank too many tiny wines… but in 1976, a young Pilot from Mexico City experienced his own mid-flight nightmare, when he suddenly became possessed by an alien.

Humpty Doo - Australia’s Most Famous Haunting Sep 22, 2025

Show notes

Australia — a land that has given us much to be scared of — spiders, shoeys, and the most powerful accent known to man. But perhaps no story from Australia is more believable or terrifying than that of the Humpty Doo Poltergeist. In 1998 a paranormal story from a small town in Australia’s Northern Territory hit local news. It started as a humour piece, but quickly the reporters realised there was nothing funny about what was happening. What followed is one of the most well-documented paranormal stories in history, and the topic of this week’s investigation. Time for Kit and Rory to discover the truth!

El Muerto - The Grisly Murder That Created the Headless Horseman Legend Sep 08, 2025

Show notes

If you find yourself in rural south Texas roaming the vast wilderness that borders Mexico — ESPECIALLY if you’re an 1800s cattle rancher — listen for the sound of hooves, because if you hear them you might be about to come face-to-face with the legendary spirit of EL MUERTO. El Muerto is the terrifying legend of a headless horseman in Texas. But unlike other headless horseman legends around the world, El Muerto isn’t just a spirit, it’s a morbid folk tale of a real crime that was committed. Maybe this injustice is why El Muerto is said to haunt Texas to this day…
