For this episode, we will discuss the U.S. Census. Mandated by the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 2, every 10 years since 1790, the U.S. Census counts all persons in the United States, regardless of citizenship status.

Originally, the Census counting is between April 1 and the end of July of the same year.***
