Andrés Larios Brown (they/elle) is a Utah based Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist dedicated to healing for LGBTQ+ communities. No, it’s not a joke, I’m a licensed relationship therapist and I’m divorced. Though divorce was never in my plans, I earned my master’s degree from OSU, with a thesis focused on divorce and coparenting.
My goal as a relationship therapist is to help others experience confidence by building safe, secure, and connected relationships, whether that’s in a marriage relationship or not. I implement trauma informed therapy practices to create a safe place of healing, honesty, and growth for those who are ready to rewrite the script of their story.

Emma Belle is English and lives in Dubai. She a Mentor to those living with Bipolar and also to parents going through TFMR Baby Loss. She is the founder of Not for profit called TFMR Mamas, an organisation that helps families after TFMR Baby loss. TFMR is Baby loss due to Termination for Medical or Birthing persons Heath reasons.
She set up this organisation in 2020 after going through this type of baby loss. She was told at the beginning of her second trimester of pregnancy that her daughter, Willow, had Edwards Syndrome and would likely die in utero before reaching term or if she did make it to full term was only expected to live a few hours or days after birth and would likely not leave the hospital due to the extensive medical support needed.
After 5 rounds of fertility treatment this is not a decision she or her husband imagined they would ever have to face and make. They made the heartbreaking ‘choice’ to say goodbye to their desperately wanted baby girl and start to navigate life after loss.
Emma now helps others that sadly walk the same path, whilst also working with hospitals and clinics globally to improve care pathways and provide more bereavement and trauma informed care for TFMR parents.

Dr. Uchenna “UC” Ossai PT, DPT, WCS, CLT is assistant professor at University of Utah College of Health’s Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training.
Dr. Ossai received her clinical doctorate in physical therapy at University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her residency in Women's Health and Movement Impairment Science at Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Ossai is an American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) certified Sexuality Counselor, and serves in the role as adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan School of Social Work Sexual Health Certification Program.
Her clinical and research interests include sexual function in marginalized populations, particularly among Black women and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Sarah is a life long veteran to the dance and fitness industry. She was born to dance and raised in a family owned dance studio while growing up. She started dancing competitively at a collegiate level when she was 8 years old. She continued dancing professionally and taught dance throughout the Utah and Maryland US areas.
In May of 2010, She became a certified Zumba Instructor, which opened her love and admiration towards group fitness. She taught Zumba for 5 years, which led her receive GF/PT AFAA certifications and train in Beyond The Barre, Soul Cycle, Step & Ballet Fit formats. She created and started PHunk Fit in 2016 and trained over 100

Amy and I share similar stories of betrayal and divorce, and we both have triggers, because we are human. As long as people want to love and invest in relationships, they will be triggered, and it doesn't need to be an earth-shattering word.
My guest today is my former therapist, Amy Andrus. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2000 & CSAT since 2013. She’s taught courses at BYU & counseled many students at the Women’s Services and Resources Center, where her eyes were opened to the world of sexual addiction and trauma.
Amy's life has been affected by sex addiction in a personal way. She knows the struggle, shame, and guilt the addict experiences. She has found it rewarding to facilitate individual change and work with the family system to ensure long-term growth and change.
Amy's a single mom of six. Her youngest daughter has Down Syndrome, and raising her has taught her countless life lessons.

Jennifer Hurst is a Trauma Informed Enneagram Practitioner with a private practice in St. George Utah.She is a mother to 7, 6 sons (3 daughter in laws) 1 daughter and 1 (almost 2 grandbabies. Jen has been studing personality theory personally and professionally, for over 30 years. This is what drove her to begin coaching and consulting with people using personality, specifically the Enneagram as a ‘sense making’ framework to better help people understanding themselves and others. Through this process of helping people uncover unconscious patterns, adaptations, habits and defense mechanisms it was clear to her that there was way more to the ‘big picture of personality’ mainly unresolved TRAUMA. Tammy Hill is passionate about strengthening marriage relationships. They co-wrote Speak Life End Bullying the Musical, a contemporary musical featured in secondary schools across the country impacting 375,000 student.
