Did you know one of Jim Carey’s greatest films was filmed right here in Utah? That’s right, Mr. Lloyd Christmas himself has walked the streets of Salt Lake, Ogden, and Provo. But after his fame, he starred in a little known film where a key party is depicted at a holiday party. Yeah, have fun explaining that one to your kids.
How the Grinch Stole Christmas was mostly filmed at Universal Studios, Hollywood. I know because I’ve been there. But you know where else I’ve been? Solitude ski resort! Ok, I haven’t been to Solitude ski resort, but the Grinch has!
So join us as we talk about the Christmas classic, Jim Carey’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Have you watched it yet this year? Do you watch it every year? Or are you more of a Best. Christmas. Ever. fan? Let us know!!!

One chilly day on a December night, a bunch of pranksters dumped snow on Main Streets in Salt Lake City. Because snow trucks make and store snow? Nate’s assistant (ChatGPT) came up with this unverified story, but Brandon’s assistant (Matt) had to write the description for this episode.
So do you remember the Main Street snow prank in the 1920s? How about your grandma? Maybe ask ChatGPT if they remember this incident and be sure to let us know what you find!

This week, we discuss a cult classic: The Store. The Store has two locations, which are both walking distances for Matt when he’s at home or at work. But can he afford to shop there?
Listen in as Nate gives a detailed account of his first visit to The Store. Did he find the deals he was looking for? Was he able to fit in the aisles, or did he have to turn around to avoid passing others? And finally, did The Store bring business to the Sno Shack, or did the Sno Shack bring business to The Store?
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! We are thankful for all of you that listen!

Zuka Juice, Zao, Rumbi, J Dawgs, and losing to Kansas: what do these things have in common? BYU students were responsible.
Today, we focus on Zuka Juice, the healthy smoothy shop that was only discovered to not be so healthy after merging with Jamba Juice. Nate and Intern Matt have fond memories for visiting Zuka Juice, but Brandon is too young to remember it.
So join us as we discuss the beginning and end of Zuka Juice, and then let us know if you remember going there to get your favorite smoothy from the not-so-secret-secret-menu.

This week, Nate and Brandon talk about their favorite subject: cold Taco Bell with Matt. Wait, wrong episode. This week, Nate and Brandon saw Heretic and reminisce about being Sister Missionaries. What did the movie get right about the Church, and does this replace Hereditary on Brandon’s list of favorite horror movies?
