She has been in the health and wellness industry for 15 years where her approach is all about body, mind and spirit - in that order. She supports her clients to go from surviving to thriving using a multi-modality approach.
We spoke about childhood trauma being a catalyst to maturity, transmuting pain and supporting our inner child and we dove into Juliet’s story with abusive relationships, eating disorders, nutritional disorders and her path to finding a home in all round wellbeing. Body, Mind, Spirit.
Adding energy work and the spirituality side has elevated her to a higher understanding of the different modalities you can utilise to tune into and go beyond the 3D dimension of the physical body.

Klutch grew up in Canada, had a stint in Hawaii and is now based in Phoenix Valley (the 33rd latitude of all geomance’d places). Corben is a fella doing his best to leave the world a better place than he found it, in hopes that future generations of life on earth may thrive and prosper. Corben has received multiple degrees in the field of environmental science and wants to give back my growing food, raising animals and creating small scale, regenerative, local communities.

Christina is a 38-year-old single mamma to 2 girls. She is currently on hold for a graduate program and degree to become a school Psychologist. She is a twice recovering alcoholic who has just stepped into the world of awareness and knowing.
Christina shared her spiritual awakening and how it has helped her get past the traumas of violence in her childhood and her recent partners physical abuse by visualising and looking back on her life and asking if she’s going to wish she had done things differently. She had the courage to share some times of desperation in her life, including contemplating suicide and how she overcome them.
We spoke about doing what makes you happy, not what is acceptable to society, how our experiences are our soul’s life journey, just like our perpetrators who have to deal with theirs and how our life is more than this 3D we live in.

Trevor has experienced some form of depression for the last 15 years. He used a plethora of techniques and modalities including healthy eating, psychedelics, meditation and exercise to help alleviate depression without medication. We talked about how her being a liver transplant recipient and yoga were the catalysts to her spiritual awakening. She giving up her career and being the co-owner of a hair salon, to becoming a yoga instructor and energetic alignment coach after she became aware of the power of stillness in the mind through yoga. This has helped her and her family be resilient to the effects of the pandemic, social and political environment that we live in.
We also spoke about being one with God / Source / Universe and developing the divine oneness connection through yoga and other spiritual practices.
