PLEASE LISTEN TO ‘SEASON 6 - EPISODE 32’ FOR PART ONE OF THIS TWO-PART CASE. Following a birthday party in North West London, two sisters did not come home. Their bodies were found several days later by their loved ones. The perpetrator was identified through familial DNA, but the horrors friends and family would have to endure was far from over. Two police officers guarding the scene took photos of the victims' bodies and, while using sexist and degrading language, shared the images in a public Whatsapp group. A murder trial was scheduled along with legal proceedings against the officers involved. This episode follows what happened next… (Part 2 of 2)

PLEASE LISTEN TO ‘SEASON 6 - EPISODE 29’ FOR PART ONE OF THIS TWO-PART CASE. November 1990. South Ronaldsay in Orkney. Seven young children are taken into care by social services under ‘Place of Safety’ orders. At that time, their father — a sadistic tormentor, was behind bars. Within three months, 16 children were removed from their homes in a small island community and taken into the care of social services. The media explained the reasoning behind the removal; they claimed the children had been victims of satanic abuse. Three decades later, the Orkney child abuse scandal remains one of the most notorious child protection failures in the United Kingdom… (Part 1 of 2).
