Summary: I recorded this episode in December before the holiday break, and, at that point, I didn't know what my goals for 2023 were going to be. Like many of you, I felt a sense of pressure that I needed to come up with something and commit to it, especially since I’m so public about all of my goals.
Today’s episode is going to be part one of a two-part episode. In part one, I’ll talk to you about some of the ideas I’m having and give you a very transparent look into my brain. Then, in the follow-up episode (which I’ll record in January and will air in February), I’ll tell you where I ended up, and I’ll give you the story of how I got there. This way you’ll be able to effectively see the before and after of what it looks like for me to set a goal. So, stay tuned for an update in a future episode about where I landed and how I landed there, but, for now, this is the before. This is the messy, uncertain, chaotic brain of Karin Nordin with four or five different goals, unsure of what she’ll prioritize or where she will land.
