TWFTT || Kuddz Kidz with Martina Sep 30, 2026

Show notes

In this episode, I sit down with my sister Martina to talk all things Kuddz Kidz, the playschool she runs and the approach behind it.

We chat about what goes on behind the scenes of running a playschool, how Martina manages her team and the children in her care, and most importantly, her belief that there's no such thing as a"bad child"

We get into the different ways children behave, why understanding the reasons behind that behaviour matters, and how giving children the right support can make such a difference.

A really interesting conversation about childcare, parenting and running a business.
