The What Cast #438 - The Near Death Experience Of Bill Leston Jul 20, 2023

Show notes

There has been much talk on this show about the connected nature of various kinds of paranormal experiences. One thing that we have not really touched on is Near Death Experiences and how some of these experiences might tie into other experiences, such as abductions, fairy encounters, and maybe even channeling. This week, we take a look at the interesting case of Bill Letson's Near Death Experience. Bill Letson is former fire fighter that contracted a particularly vicious strain of the flu while performing CPR in the line of duty. This illness sent him to the hospital, and almost cost him his life. While the nurses on duty were working diligently to preserve Bill's life, he went on a journey of his own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1onYxA8wiY&list=PLBjzeJABEO0Mm3jd_SsR_ESTSUSqdci_-&index=90

The What Cast #436 - The Tsarichina Hole Jun 16, 2023

Show notes

What if I told you guys that there is a mystical hole that is so secretive and potentially dangerous, it had to get filled with concrete to protect the people around it? No. This has nothing to do with Taco Night. While I will agree, that could be a dangerous scenario, this hole is far worse! This week we discuss the Tsarichina Hole. This hole, which was excavated in Bulgaria, allegedly houses the frozen remains of some sort of alien creature. Once the chamber containing this being was breached by a special military unit, all manner of strangeness began to take place. Just what REALLY went on in the labyrinth of the Tsarichina Hole? Is this merely an urban legend, or is the truth being covered up?

The What Cast #435 - SPECIAL REPORT: Whistleblowers and Crashes Jun 09, 2023

Show notes

Friends, it's been a big week for UFO/Disclosure news! A bombshell interview given by David Grusch, a decorated former intelligence officer with high level security clearance, provides information related to a secret Government program that researches and reverse engineers crashed non-human (alien) craft. While this may seem like a huge win for those hoping for disclosure, there is a chance this could all be part of the cover-up. Later in the episode we also discuss a recent UFO/Alien sighting out of Las Vegas. It's been a wild week, guys.

The What Cast #434 - The Riegelsville Encounter May 25, 2023

Show notes

It's been well established that we absolutely LOVE the cases of one-off weirdness. This week we actually discuss a fairly recent event that was brand new to us. The Riegelsville Encounter was one man's run-in with a strange deer-like cryptid and it's large humanoid friend. What followed the encounter would end up haunting the witness in ways he could not have imagined. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoCMRQXU8OE&t=444s

The What Cast #433 - Flying Humanoids 2 May 18, 2023

Show notes

We've made it well known on this show that we enjoy the weird cryptids and one-off sightings. It just adds a little bit of flavor into an already weird world. While this week's show isn't exactly about one time sightings, it does feature some weird cryptids that may be relatives of those we already know and love. This week, we look into sightings of a handful of very odd flying cryptid sightings. We also add some more "man" cryptids to the list. Move over Goatman, Bunnyman, and Mothman. Make way for Eagleman, Balloonman, and Manta Ray Man!
