On February 14, 1945, Charles Walton (Who may have once been known as Charles Watson) was murdered in a very ritualistic manner! With his throat slashed open, a broken pitch fork pinning him in to the ground and a cross carved into his chest, it’s hard to argue it was anything other than a murder of faith. If it wasn’t it was done so in order to appear as if it was. Charles was known for being able to speak and handle animals, and this may be why he was murdered.

Oak Island, approximately 140 acres located off the cost of Nova Scotia, does not appear to be very special at first glance, when considering that there are more that 350 similar islands in its proximity. However, what does make Oak Island famous is that holds an incredible mystery. And what started off as a wide depression in the ground, that a few teenage boys began to dig at in 1795 has turned into one of the costliest dig sites for its time. Some believe pirates buried their riches at the bottom of this hole. Yet it has been more than 200 years and we still have not reached the bottom of this money pit.

However, to Don… Dawn… THE Don, it does, because that is the room that a mysterious man stayed in at the President Hotel in Kansas, Missouri. This mysterious man in question, was known as Roland T. Owen by the staff at the hotel only because it was how he signed his name. He was an odd man indeed. Leaving his phone off the hook throughout the day and leaving his door locked from the outside of his room while he was clearly inside. Well, and the fact that he was found with multiple stab wounds and a crack in his head, all while claiming, “I fell against the bathtub.”
