Beauty Baddies, today’s episode is all about one of my absolute favorite topics. I love vitamins and supplements, along with nutrition, they are the unsung heroes of the beauty industry.

This is a multi-part episode and today we are taking a deeper dive into the science behind supplementation and nutrition, honing in on The Essential Nutrients, specifically alpha-Linolenic (LNA) aka omega-3 and Linolenic Acid, (LA) aka omega-6 collectively known as the essential fatty acids.

Because food is the only medicine that the average healthy individual requires on a daily basis, we are going to take a look at some of the research on the direct effects of the consumption of supplementation of various nutrients and their benefits to our skin through this series on vitamins and supplements.
