Naya and Alexis were so excited to be joined by Jamille and Jessica of Sullivan Physical Therapy in the studio! We talked about painful sex after pregnancy, diastasis recti, and why we shouldn't have to pee ourselves with every sneeze.
Jessica and Jamille both specialize in pelvic floor health and also co-host a podcast about pelvic floor physical therapy called PT Below The Waist.
