Harasha Bafana is the founder of The Adam and Hawa Network. She helps Small Business Owners get the Right Knowledge and work with the Right Partners to grow their businesses while avoid making expensive mistakes. She was formerly the Centre Director of SME Centre @ SMCCI, an organisation supported by SPRING Singapore. Together with her team, she helped advise more than 5,000 small business owners. In 2015, she was appointed by the National Development Minister as a Board Member to the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA). Harasha shares how a creative destruction in her life gave the chance to start from zero and build her confidence back up to be the person she is today. When she not busy doing those things, you’ll probably find her in a coffee shop with a new friend. She also loves connecting with new people and finding out what they’re passionate about. Anja-Vanessa Peter is a Filipina-German who was born in Saudi-Arabia and raised in Germany. Currently, she is taking up her online masters in Organisation and Communication at a German University. Anja used to be a professional tennis player. She played SEA Games and FED Cup for the Philippines in 2005 and she played College Tennis for the University of Hawai’i in 2008/09. Anja is based in the Philippines now where she is working as a model, blogger and host. She entered pageants, too. In 2015, she joined Binibining Pilipinas and made it to the top 15. That same year she became Miss Universe Germany First Runner-Up. As of now, she is Miss Supranational Germany. Anja used to play it safe instead of pursuing her dreams but she realized that it was upto her to take charge of her own life regardless of the situation. Anja also shares her tips that you can use in your own journey to self confidence. Prior to co-founding Blue Ocean Global Wealth, she was a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial and an Analyst and Editor at Towa Securities in Tokyo, Japan. Marguerita is a past spokesperson for the AARP Financial Freedom Campaign and a regular columnist for Investopedia & Kiplinger. She is a CFP® professional, a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, a Retirement Income Certified Professional® and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. As a Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board) Ambassador, Marguerita helps educate the public, policy makers, and media about the benefits of competent, ethical financial planning. She serves as a Women’s Initiative (WIN) Advocate and subject matter expert for CFP Board, contributing to the development of examination questions for the CFP® Certification Examination. Marguerita also volunteers for CFP Board Disciplinary and Ethics Commission (DEC) hearings. She served on the Financial Planning Association (FPA) National Board of Directors from 2013 – 2015 and is a past president of the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area (FPA NCA). Marguerita shares how she was able to quit her job to find her calling to empower women gain confidence, clarity and control in their financial life. Samaira Mehta is a 9-year-old girl who lives in Silicon Valley, California. She is a Founder, Speaker, Inventor and a Maker who created a board game called Coderbunnyz and a company to teach coding among kid of age 4-104. CoderBunnyz is the most comprehensive coding board game available. Besides coding, Samaira is a blogger, songwriter, singer, swimmer and an ice skater. She does workshops at libraries, tech events, corporations, community and schools with CoderBunnyz to introduce coding. Within no time kids learn basic and advanced programming concepts. Turns out all computer languages like Scratch, Python, Java, and C use these same concepts. So once a kid learns fundamentals playing CoderBunnyz, it makes much easier for them to learn any coding language. The idea is easy, play a board game, make code, and learn to code. Saimara has not only learned coding in the computer world but she's learned the confidence code and has applied it to her own life. 460: Trust Your Path With Paige McPherson Feb 16, 2018

Paige McPherson (aka McFierce) is an Olympic taekwondo competitor from the United States. She represented the USA at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the women’s 67 kg taekwondo event, and in the preliminary round secured a surprise defeat over Team GB's Sarah Stevenson. Paige went on to win a bronze medal by defeating Franka Anić of Slovenia 8-3. After winning a Gold medal in the 2016 Pan American Games, McPherson was selected to represent the United States as a member of the Team USA Taekwondo Team in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games if Rio, Brazil. Paige believes in the three B's which is to breathe, believe, and be yourself. Paige shares how she was able to trust her own path with her God given talent instead of listening to what others were telling her. Trusting on her own path gave the confidence to be the person that she is today and now is empowering others to move in the direction of your dreams.
