On this week's episode, congressional trailblazer Elizabeth Holtzman (D-NY) joins Tara to discuss her experience as a Judiciary Committee member during Watergate and the comparisons to Trump's impeachment hearings. Holtzman brings a candid, first hand, perspective to how Democrats and the Republicans should be handling Trump's abuse of power. She's also written several books including the "Case for Impeaching Trump."

A self–proclaimed political outsider, Holtzman defeated a 50–year House veteran and powerful chairman to win a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives as the youngest female member of Congress at the time. During her four terms in the House, Holtzman earned national prominence during the Richard M. Nixon impeachment inquiry and as a cofounder of the Congressional Caucus on Women’s Issues.
