Smart Communities is about making people's lives better and it is important to have a holistic approach to connecting communities and systems thinking to solve problems aiming for the common good of society. As Jonathan Reichental says, "I think we've got to be in a position now where we actually identify the potential risks in our society. And we make plans, and we test those plans."
