    Justice Department Looking At New Georgia Law Restricting Voting Mar 27, 2021

    President Joe Biden says that the Justice Department is looking at the new Georgia Law that restricts voting. Biden slams the new Georgia law, saying that it is a "blatant attack" on the constitution and "Jim Crow in the 21st century" that "must end."

    Civil Rights groups are now suing over the sweeping limits on Georgia voter access. The law includes a ban on giving food and water to voters in line. Biden calls the new restrictions "an atrocity." The White House is deeply concerned about the Georgia lawmaker that was arrested for protesting as the Georgia governor signed the voting restrictions bill.

    Former President Donald Trump praises the new Georgia voting restrictions and says, "too bad these changes could not have been done sooner."

    Senate Democrats and Republicans are at odds over the major voting rights bill as Biden blasts the voter suppression moves as "un-American."

    Secretary of State Blinken on punishing China for misleading the world about covid. A State of the Union is schedule for Sunday at 9 a.m. ET, showing on CNN.

    Suspect In Spa Shooting Charged With Murder of Mostly Asian Women Mar 18, 2021

    According to officials, the suspect in the Atlanta area spa shooting has been charged with murder. Police are still investigating the motive of mostly Asian women. "Racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists" present "the most lethal" threats in the United States, according to a new intel report. Suspect claims the shootings were motivated by a sex addiction and that the suspect may have frequented the spas that he targeted, according to officials. The suspect in the killings was heading to Florida, where he may have planned more shootings.

    Asian Americans are on high alert after the deadly Atlanta area spa shootings, amid a surge in anti-Asian violence during the Pandemic. Atlanta mayor speaks about the spa shooting spree.

    The sheriff's captain describes the suspect as being "at the end of his rope" and "yesterday was a really bad day for him and this is what he did."

    Election fraud claims "will almost certainly" spur more violence by domestic extremists and that a "small" number of White supremacist extremists "have traveled abroad to network with like-minded individuals", according to a new intel report. The Homeland Security secretary says that "the lone wolf... is our greatest threat in the homeland right now."

    Russia Tried Interfering In 2020 Election To Help Trump Mar 17, 2021

    A United States inter report is claiming that Russia tried to interfere in the 2020 presidential election in hope of "denigrating" President Joe Biden and helping former President Donald Trump. Russia and Iran tried to influence the 2020 election, but China did not, according to the intel report. "Proxies linked to Russian intel" were used to push unsubstantiated claims about Biden into the mainstream." The United States intel report says "unlike 2016, we did not see persistent Russian cyber efforts to access election infrastructure."

    The United States is expected to unveil sanctions related to the election interference as soon as next week.

    The United States death tool tops 536,000 with almost 30 million cases. Biden hits the road to tout the covid relief package and highlights aid to small businesses in Pennsylvania.

    A study shows that the Astrazeneca vaccine "did not show protection" against South African variant. The World Health Organization meets to discuss the Astrazeneca vaccine as more European countries pause their rollout. A EU officials is saying it's "firmly convinced" that the benefits of the Astrazeneca vaccine outweigh the risks as multiple countries pause their rollout of the vaccine.

    According to the CDC, vaccines that have been administered in the United States hits a new high with an average of more than 2.4 million doses a day.

    Biden Begins 7-Day Swing To Sell $1.9 Trillion Recovery Act Mar 16, 2021

    President Joe Biden begins a 7-day swing to sell the $1.9 trillion American Recovery Act and warns that "the devil is in the details." Biden appoints Gene Sperling to oversee the covid relief law. According to the White House, the White House would welcome the former President Donald Trump's help in promoting the covid vaccine. The United States death toll tops 535,000 with almost 30 million cases as health officials urge Americans to not let their guard down.

    The CDC director is "pleading" for people's continued covid precautions as 1 in 5 Americans has, at least, had one covid vaccine dose. Multiple European countries have suspended the use of the Astrazeneca covid vaccine while authorities investigate safety concerns.

    Two men have been arrested and charged for assaulting the Capitol police officer, who later died from injuries sustained during the riot.

    A House GOP leader tours the border and blames Biden's policies for the "crisis" and "human heartbreak." The Biden Administration orders FEMA to help with the migrant surge but will not call the border situation a crisis. Democrat lawmakers are making a call for action on migrant surge at the border.

    DOW sets a record high for the forth straight season.
