David Schultz is a recent missing persons case out of Wall Lake, Iowa. David is a 53 year old white male standing 5 feet 11 inches tall weighing 180 pounds. David was last seen on November 21st 2023 & went missing while working at a truck driver.
Here is everything we know so far about the circumstances surrounding David's disappearance.

MISSING MONDAY: Gretchen Eve Fleming - Parkersburg, West Virginia Dec 04, 2023

Hi! Welcome to Missing Monday here on The Shituation podcast! In the United States we currently have over 20,000 active missing persons cases and over 14,000 unidentified remains and with the Missing Monday segment we hope to help raise awareness about these cases.

For todays episode we are going to be talking about Gretchen Eve Fleming.

Gretchen Fleming is a 27 year old female from Parkersburg West Virginia who has been missing a year ago TODAY. Gretchen was last seen on December 4th 2022

Gretchen is 5’2, 125 pounds white female with brown hair & brown eyes. She has a world map tattoo located on her upper back.

Gretchen was last seen with a male subject known to law enforcement leaving the My Way Lounge located at 501 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, WV at approximately 3:10am on 12/4/22 leaving her purse with her cell phone and other personal documents behind. However, Gretchen was not reported missing to law enforcement until 8 days later on 12/12/22. Ms. Fleming has not had any contact with her family and has not made any attempt to retrieve her purse and cell phone, which law enforcement currently has custody of.

Lets get into the 2022 disappearance of Gretchen Eve Fleming on the one year anniversary of her disappearance.

MISSING MONDAY: Amanda Stevenson - Victoria, Texas Nov 28, 2023

UPDATE: Shortly after 3pm today, November 28th, it was announced that they had discovered the remains of Amanda Stevenson. At 11:29am the Victoria County Sheriffs office got a call about human remains on the 2500 block of Fordyce Road near Patriot Park. Officers arrived on the scene and found a female body in the creek by the bridge. The body was identified as that of Amanda Stevenson.
Im posting the Missing Monday segment a day late, better late than never! On this weeks Missing Monday segment we will be talking about a new missing persons case out of Victoria, Texas. Police are currently looking for 20 year old Amanda Stevenson. This case took a drastic turn last week to say the least.. everything you need to know summarized in 10 minutes!

Lori Vallow Murder Trial: Opening Statements Apr 10, 2023

Today is the first official day of the Lori Vallow Daybell triple murder trial. Lori Vallow Daybell is currently on trial for the murder of her daughter Tylee Vallow, her son JJ Vallow & her new husbands ex wife Tammy Daybell.
The Shituation was lucky enough to land a legal correspondent who will be attending every day of the trial & reporting on it for us! On this episode our legal correspondent is on her lunch break & filling us in on opening statements that occurred this morning!

This is the first installment of a 2 part series covering Moscow, Idaho's history with homicide & the police's track record in solving them. This segment comes after Kaylee Goncalves father, Steven Goncalves, states he believes the Moscow Police Department lacks the experience to solve his daughter's homicide. On part 1 we will be going over some homicide cases from Moscow, how police managed them, & how they compare to the current quadruple homicide.

The 1992 murder of Yance Knocks = killer confessed.

Balenciaga Ad Controversy Nov 25, 2022

On this SHITuation we will be going over the current controversy surrounding the 2023 Balenciaga ad that was launched & then immediately taken down. The ad features two small kids holding bears that appear to be in BDSM attire & then to add fuel to the fire another image features a piece of paper from the Ashcroft vs The Free Speech Coalition Supreme Court Case. Though whomever approved this ad should definitely be fired & the campaign is ridiculous, there is a lot of misinformation circulating about the court case. In the episode we will address the controversy, correct misinformation about the case, & go over statements released by Bealenciaga as well as the photographer. The point of this episode is to educate on the intent of the court case in an effort to help correct misinformation circulating & to help create a better understanding of the court case.

The Quinton Simon Case (Remains Found, Arrest Made) Nov 22, 2022

Quinton Simon is a 20 month old who has been missing since October 5th out of Savannah, Georgia. Today police announced that they found partial remains at the landfill Friday November 18th that, after testing, proved to be human remains which, they believe to be those of Quinton Simon. The partial remains have been sent off to FBI headquarters in Quantico, Virginia to conclusively conclude that they are those of Quinton Simon. Quintons 22 year old mother Leilani Simon has also been arrested & charged with Malice Murder, concealing a death, & false reporting / making false statements to police. She is currently being held in the custody of Chatham County Georgia awaiting a bond hearing.

Happy Pride Month Shitheads! All Pride month we will be celebrating & learning about the LGBTQ+ community! As you know, I like to kick start a series with history, facts, laws, opinions, etc. & the PRIDE series is no different! The LGBTQ+ Shituation part one is a quick brief overview of LGBTQ+ throughout history! This podcast briefly covers World History as it applies to LGBTQ+, USA Historic Landmark Dates / Events starting in 1925 -2121 & ends going over new laws that target LGBTQ+ community in Arkansas where this podcast is produced!

Abortion Shituation Part 3 (Doctor Interview) May 24, 2021

This is the third segment of our Abortion Shituation! Abortion Shituation Part 2 (Personal Stories) May 09, 2021

This episode is Abortion Shituation Part 2! This episode is a SPECIAL extra LONG episode filled with abortion stories from your fellow Shitheads! As always, the stories are anonymous! Either the Shitheads tell the stories themselves over an interview where all identifying factors are removed, I read their story submissions for them, or they interview with a voice changer. This episode is designed to let Shitheads hear exactly what an abortion is like from their fellow Shitheads, the story behind why they decided to have one & what life was like afterwords. They even answered questions submitted by Shitheads!
As always this is a SAFE place for us to have open & honest discussions about any and everything. Please respect that to the fullest extent. Do not assume you know any of these stories or the people behind them.
The goal is to allow us to have a better understanding of what an abortion story is really like. We are not here to judge ANYONE for ANYTHING nor are we here to try to get someone to change their viewpoints! However, should your opinion change or your level of compassion / understanding grows as a result I would be beyond thrilled! Our goal is strictly to listen with an open mind & open heart.

Mother In Law Shituations Apr 28, 2021

The Shituation: Mother In Laws! This episode is dedicated to reading mother in law stories submitted by your fellow shitheads! All stories are anonymous so all identifying factors have been removed from these stories. Though these stories are fucking hilarious I think it's important to remember that this sort of treatment by a mother in law towards their daughter in law is actually a form of emotional and psychological abuse.
