5 Signs You May Be The Red Flag Dec 20, 2023

In many discussions on dating and relationships, a lot of blame and finger pointing is aimed at men. While I’m not saying they don’t carry a good deal of the problems, it’s also important to take a look at ourselves, especially if we tend to attract the same kinds of toxic relationships or unhealthy patterns. On today’s episode of The Flow Era, I’ll be spilling the tea on my most viral instagram post “Signs You May Be the Red Flag” and going deeper into every point listed, while also sharing some lessons I’ve learned from them too! Even if a few of these are hard to hear, listen in to learn more about:
• Anxious attachment style and giving men the time and space that they might need.
• Becoming mindful of being heavily in your masculine energy when it comes to over analyzing every single behavior while dating.
• What it might look like to have no life outside of the relationship.
