Choices…. It’s a little word that has BIG effects. We make choices each and every day; like to
brush our teeth or not brush our teeth. To obey our parents or to not obey our parents. To
bundle up when it’s cold out, or to not bundle up. But what are the consequences of those
choices? If we don’t brush our teeth, we can get gum diseases and cavities. If we don’t obey our
parents we can have time outs. If we don’t bundle up when it’s cold out, we can get sick. This
week we are talking about a special angel who made some choices and we’ll see where those
choices led him!

We are starting off the new year and the new quarter learning about God and how amazing He
is and what He is like! Now we can’t know EVERYTHING about God because then…He
wouldn’t be God! Isaiah chapter 40 talks about how God cannot be compared to anything! He is
so incredible, so great, so amazing, and yet, He cares for you! He gives you power and
strength. Isn’t that wonderful?

There’s a song that goes like this, “Heaven’s soundin’ sweeter all the time! It seems like lately
it’s always on my mind.” Heaven is something that should always be on our mind, and we get to
learn more about it! I know after recording this lesson, I’m looking forward to it more than I have
before!!!
