1. Find a new way to do an old thing
- You can’t compete with the big names
- Be a disruptive company
2. Go after people who gave 1 or 2 star ratings
- Target the people who are upset
3. Be very good to those people and make a lot of money
4. Make some more money
5. Develop 1,000 super fans
- A super fan is someone that no matter what you’re selling, they’re going to buy
- Don’t follow your passion; follow your audience’s passion
- Go to FB and post the question, “Hey y’all, if you were running y business, what would you do that I’m not doing?”
- Keep posting until someone responds
- Go to Google Trends and see what’s trending in the world right now
Antonio’s Starting From Scratch Method to Get to $20 Million
- It costs 100 times more money than you think it does to convince people they need to follow or buy from you.
- You need to become a movie start right now.
- Start taking pictures on Stories of your social media apps
- You must show people the behind-the-scenes section of your life
1. Start commenting on everyone’s posts
- Genuine comments
- Comment to 30 different people’s post a day
- The social media algorithm now sees you as a super active user; you’re showing that you’re a real user
- Make the algorithm know you
- You’ve got to do the work
2. Immediately start a vlog
- Document, don’t create
- Everyone loves someone who’s not complaining
- Start a vlog right where you are
3. Strip the audio from your vlog and start a podcast
- When you show how you’ve fallen on your face and get back up without complaining, people respect you then will buy from you
4. Find someone on fiverr.com or do it yourself and turn everything you’re saying in your vlog into a blog
5. Build an audience as fast as possible
- Build an audience of 10,000 people
- As long you have an audience, people will pay you for access to them
6. Charge advertisers to get in front of your audience, and out of the 10,000 people, get 1,000 of them to give you $99
7. Take those 10,000 people, send them to YouTube, and tell them you’re trying to get to 100,000 subscribers
