The Secret Teachings

The Secret Teachings | 16 Years of Independent Research & Parapolitics

The Secret Teachings is a documentary-style broadcast hosted by veteran researcher and author Ryan Gable. Since 2010, the program has served as a bridge between ancient mysteries and modern reality, cutting through the noise of the traditional “Left-Right” paradigm to provide a truly independent analysis of our world. With over 16 years of on-air experience and exhaustive independent research, Ryan Gable decodes Esoteric Philosophy, Occult History, Archetypal Symbolism and mythology, along with a mixture of the Paranormal, Para-politics and Nutrition. From the hidden agendas of the present to the nutrition of the body and mind, the show promotes critical thinking as the ultimate tool for navigating the 21st century.

Beyond the Paradigm: In an era of digital censorship and partisan echo chambers, The Secret Teachings remains committed to unbiased inquiry. We don’t follow “sides”; we follow the patterns.

Hiroshima's Holocaust (9/9/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

August 6, 1945, at about 8:15am, was the moment war and society changed for good, as an atomic bomb was detonated over Hiroshima, Japan. From that point on, our views on the worst case scenario for the total destruction of the world became reality. Initial estimates were that it would be 75 years before anything would ever grow in the area again, but within 1 year vegetation began to appear in the city. This, and other things, has resulted in some people believing atomic bombs are another historical lie despite the overwhelming evidence of radiation exposure in America and Japan, among other places. Protestors in Hiroshima have recently been advocating for Japan to resist the push by Israel and the US for new wars which could turn nuclear, including the situation in Ukraine. Few realize that General Eisenhower and Admiral Halsey were both opposed to the dropping of those two bombs on Japan, or that a few totally psychotic elements of government decided to drop the bombs for reasons that vary from justifying expense, to the discriminatory views on Japanese, to experimenting with lab rats. However, if Japan or Germany had a bomb, it is likely they would have dropped it on the US. We need perspective on all this and to realize that contemporary zealotry is what lead to the real holocaust of what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki - the mass death by fire of hundreds of thousands of civilians like Dresden.

Kaidan Meguri (9/5/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

Kaidan Meguri is a Buddhist ritual by which one traverses a dark underground tunnel, usually beneath a temple, and is reborn at the other end. The likeness of this practice to the Christian concept of being reborn, or becoming a 'born again Christian', should not be overlooked, especially considering the parallel images of both Christ at Calvary and Buddha under the Bo Tree.

Orwell Country: In the Eye of the Storm (9/4/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

Local news outlets here in Japan are reporting that extreme heat and humidity are altering the way people shop for goods, especially in Tokyo. News outlets in the United States are reporting that Phoenix, Arizona, is breaking heat records every day. The New York Times says bridges are collapsing because of Climate Change and others are reporting that humans are sick for the same reasons, not to mention schools in Detroit have sent kids home early due to heat. In all these cases are irony, of our affluent lifestyles being altered perceptually by inconvenient weather, and of a city named after a mythological bird of fire being... hot. It is negligent and ignorant to ignore poor infrastructure management, resource theft, poor food and diet, and why schools in America have so few resources like AC - or that other countries are totally fine without AC. There is also a parallel between climate-related transportation collapse, sickness, and shutting down schools, and the 2020 pandemic - one being caused by CO2 and the other by COV2.

Under a Global Umbrella (9/3/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

Contrary to popular belief, and the larping of some alternative media, the WHO Pandemic Treaty was never defeated, it merely moved on into a new phase. Twenty four US governors have now pledged to resist any advance by the WHO to strip them of their elected authority. The same can be said about digital identification, which is oddly becoming popular simultaneously everywhere in the world. Digital driver's licenses are now being made available on Apple Wallet while soon the REAL ID will become mandatory in the US.

Everything is Awesome (9/2/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

The politics of joy extend beyond the Third Reich and into Mao's China. The three red banners were used by Mao to mobilize people to build back a better socialist state on the ashes of the nationalist one that had just been replaced. These are all things being utilized by the current White House and their new nominee. Objective reality aside, if you don't smile in the face of dystopia then you are responsible for everyone's misery. Things cost too much? Just smile. Everything is awesome!

Health Trolling (8/29/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

RFK Jr is certainly a pioneer in fighting against the unconventional things, by societal standards, that make us sick. His recent endorsement of Donald Trump, which is rumoured to include a cabinet posistion overseeing the FDA among other agencies, is objectively a good thing for citizens. But while Trump and his team seeks to investigate why there are skyrocketing chronic diseases, to much praise from supporters, some may be asking how a guy who lives off fast food, and who doubled down on emergency shots even after the leftwing media acknowledged their dangers, could possibly lead this charge without calling into question the very things he loves so much.

Japanese Ufology (8/28/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

With the exception of military records or a few popular cases, UFO research often gets drawn into an America-centric sphere. Because of this, or other reasons too, the phenomenon is received internationally with heavy reliance on US news and reports. But according to the US Department of Defense in 2023, Japan is a leading hotspot for UFOs as well. In June 2024, the Japanese government launched an 80-person nonpartisan group, including former defense ministers, to study UAP. Japan has three major UFO cases, named after regional areas - Kofu, Kochi, and Hokkaido - but also has mysterious stories like the Utsuro-Bune and the abundance of objects spotted over the Daiichi power plant after the 2011 disaster. Japan also has a Roswell, and a Sedona, in regard to UFO popularity and vortexes. The town is called Iinomachi in Fukushima Prefecture, just outside Fukushima city. Objects and lights have been seen here since at least the 1970s. Just north of the town in the dense forest is the IINO UFO MUSEUM, home to documents, replicas, and books on the subject. Outside is a flying saucer bus stop. Above the museum is Mount Senganmori, which features magnetic anomalies and little alien carvings along its trail. Few know that the Roswell research center and museum, founded in 1991, was not the first of its kind; Kinichi Arai, a Japanese man, formerly in the military, who died in 2002, began the first of its kind museum and research facility in 1979.

Shangdi & the Jade Emperor (8/27/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

We should ideally be open to learning about other cultures, customs, religions, etc., especially because enough experience will provide us the perspective that others are not much different than ourselves. An obscure charm offered at a Shinto shrine in Japan, for example, mirrors the likeness of Thor's hammer, the lighting bolts of Zeus, and the equal powers of Baal and Yahweh. A peculiar figure in Chinese folk religion and myth, Shangdi, also calls into question the western origins of the Christian story, suggesting Jesus might not only represent the mono-myth itself, but a later incarnation of a 4,000 year old deity called The Jade Emperor.

From Tokyo With Love (8/26/24) Sep 12, 2024

Show notes

Tucker Carlson called it "shocking" and "disturbing" how much "nicer" Moscow was than any city in the US. After traveling for over a week in Tokyo, outside the tourist areas, the sentiment is the same for Japan. This observation is not anti-American, it is instead a sad observation of how quickly the United States has objectively declined. Why is this? What is this perception? Things have gotten so poor for the traditional US citizen that Vladimir Putin has signed a real decree that they, and any others elsewhere in the world, can apply for temporary residence in Russia "outside the quota approved by the Russian government and without providing documents confirming their knowledge of the Russian language, Russian history, and basic laws." The goal? To help people fleeing "destructive neoliberal ideals," which Putin says differ from "traditional Russian spiritual and moral values."
