The Secret Teachings — History
The Secret Teachings

The Secret Teachings | 16 Years of Independent Research & Parapolitics

The Secret Teachings is a documentary-style broadcast hosted by veteran researcher and author Ryan Gable. Since 2010, the program has served as a bridge between ancient mysteries and modern reality, cutting through the noise of the traditional “Left-Right” paradigm to provide a truly independent analysis of our world. With over 16 years of on-air experience and exhaustive independent research, Ryan Gable decodes Esoteric Philosophy, Occult History, Archetypal Symbolism and mythology, along with a mixture of the Paranormal, Para-politics and Nutrition. From the hidden agendas of the present to the nutrition of the body and mind, the show promotes critical thinking as the ultimate tool for navigating the 21st century.

Beyond the Paradigm: In an era of digital censorship and partisan echo chambers, The Secret Teachings remains committed to unbiased inquiry. We don’t follow “sides”; we follow the patterns.

Listen & Support: The show airs Monday through Friday and is available across all major podcast platforms. As a completely independent production, we are supported by listeners like you.

The Orion Conspiracy: Analyzing the 2008 Mockumentary & The Architecture of Gullibility (Jan 23, 2026) Jan 24, 2026

Show notes

In this episode of The Secret Teachings, Ryan Gable explores the fascinating and cautionary tale of the 2008 short film The Orion Conspiracy. Originally intended by its director as a mockumentary—and at times, a literal joke—this briefing-style film has since become a cornerstone for modern misinformation. Ryan examines how its "revelations" on UFOs, giant skeletons, pyramids, and 9/11 were designed to test public gullibility, only to be embraced as absolute truth by the very communities it sought to satirize.
The program deconstructs the film’s most enduring legacy: the proliferation of "laughably fake" images that have infiltrated high-level conferences, television specials, and mainstream documentaries. We take a focused look at the infamous "crashed UFO in Antarctica" image and discuss the psychological mechanisms that allow a self-admitted hoax to transform into a "suppressed" reality, revealing the thin line between esoteric inquiry and the total breakdown of discernment.

Stranger Things: Lovecraftian AI, Shadow Monsters & The TV Gate w. Derek Murphy (Jan 22, 2026) Jan 22, 2026

Show notes

In this episode of The Secret Teachings, Ryan Gable explores the eerie web of "Stranger Synchs" alongside guest Derek Murphy. Moving beyond the surface of popular fiction, the program dives into the mythology and conspiracies embedded within Stranger Things, questioning if the television show itself acts as a literal gate. We examine the chilling possibility that each viewer serves as a vessel, facilitating the entry of "shadow monsters" into our physical reality through mass synchronization and subconscious resonance.
The conversation bridges the gap between the show’s motifs—such as gorgons, high-voltage electricity, and the Department of Energy—and the staggering energy requirements of modern Artificial Intelligence. Ryan and Derek further investigate the unsettling parallel between the evolution of Large Language Models and the cosmic horror of H.P. Lovecraft, asking why our most advanced technologies consistently mirror the dark, extradimensional archetypes of the "Upside Down."

Counter Unintelligence Operations: Viral Disinformation, Operation Trust & The Database of Dissent (Jan 21, 2026) Jan 21, 2026

Show notes

In this episode of The Secret Teachings, Ryan Gable explores the murky world of psychological warfare and the "counter-intelligence against counter-intelligence" currently flooding social media. Analyzing a recent viral video that warns of alternative media being used to build a "database of dissent," Ryan breaks down how legitimate concerns are being deliberately tethered to ridiculous conspiracies—such as imminent nationwide power cuts—specifically designed to discredit the original premise.
The program places these modern trends into a historical context that The Secret Teachings has covered for over a decade, long before they were "viral" trends. We revisit famous operations like "Operation Trust" and "100 Flowers," alongside the evolution of Q-Anon, to show how controlled opposition functions. By examining the suspicious promotion of certain influencers and the tactical use of polarizing content—including recent viral musical "tributes" to extremist rhetoric—Ryan reveals how layers of confusion are manufactured to paralyze the public's ability to discern truth from engineered psyops.

BEST OF TST: Atlantis Effect (7/2/25) Jan 17, 2026

Show notes

BEST OF: The story of Atlantis exists in numerous distinct categories: fantasy, fiction, speculation, mythology, archeology, and archetype. The witnessing of a great land sinking anywhere in the historical record becomes Atlantis-like, especially when viewed from a modern perspective. But what is Atlantis and why have we read news about its discover off the coast of Spain on more than one occasion, as if the 2011 report was fiction but the 2025 report is the real deal?
