The disaster prompts Sebastian to issue a strict ultimatum to his kids regarding pet responsibility—a classic parenting move that Pete absolutely loves, even if it is an empty threat. Why the plot of The Karate Kid completely baffled a young Sebastian, yet his son understood it immediately. Seriously, what was in the water back in the 80s?
