S6E18 - The Lost Boy In Gigantus (Scarecast Originals) Jun 13, 2022

Show notes

"Gigantus is a monster. Once made entirely of wood, it was converted into steel not that long ago. The ancient wooden beams and bones of its body were primarily switched out for a metal spine and reinforced ribs… such that loops and steeper drops could be incorporated. However, it still retains much of its wooden origins in the design, giving it a chimeric, otherworldly appearance.

There are stories about this ride. Disturbing stories about accidents, deaths, and unsolved, unsettling secrets. Not surprising, really, when you consider how old the thing is… But still. The theme park doesn’t care. It only serves to bolster the ride’s mystique.

And here’s a fun fact for you. Did you know that after someone dies on a rollercoaster, interest in that coaster- and attendance at the park- actually increase?"

S6E10 - Why I Can't Go To Disneyland Anymore (Scarecast Originals) Mar 19, 2022

Show notes

Disneyland is known to be the happiest place on Earth, a place where nothing creepy should happen, but… it’s not like that; did you know that it’s a common thing for people to spread their loved one’s ashes over there? Be aware that if you choose Mickey Mouse’s home in California to be your last resting place, you’ll end up inside a vacuum cleaner for eternity. But, as it happens to most things we love, the internet has brought some obscure information that has put the theme park under a not so magic light.

Disneyland has become infamous for its ghost stories, something that – instead of being harmful to the park’s reputation – has piqued the interest of many people, primarily teenagers and young adults. One of Disneyland’s famous ghosts, in particular, has been very popular lately, thanks to some TikTok going around. Well… I am probably one of the first people ever to spot him, and I have some things to say about Mr. One Way.

S6E9 - 3 Scary Stories: Do Not Buy The Lost Disney Movie Off The Dark Web Mar 13, 2022

Show notes

Have you watched all the Disney movies that have ever come out? Well, you may not have heard of the lost Disney movie that never got released... well... at least officially. This episode will show you what this lost movie is all about, and you will see why it never got to see the light of day, and why the person who made the film has since disappeared. Strange humanoid figures have also been seen around town... perhaps a caller on this podcast will share his experience first hand. Also, be careful taking night walks in the forest, even though you may not have had trouble going for one in the past, the next time could be very different!
