Sister Wives S19 Epi 12 RECAP: Coyote Pass Is Paid OFF! Meri & Janelle Threaten To Lawyer Up, And Kody Talks About Screwing Over Janelle. Monday, December 2nd, 2024 | Sarah Fraser Dec 02, 2024

Show notes

In this episode, I delve into Sister Wives, Season 19, Episode 12, titled "Put Your House in Order." Initially, the episode felt like a bit of a snooze fest until the drama around Coyote Pass started to unfold. We see Kody dropping off Meri in Utah, marking the end of their relationship, and surprisingly, Kody gets emotional. Savannah's graduation party is another focal point, where Kody isn't invited, and Christine is visibly upset about a dance routine gone wrong. The tension around Coyote Pass escalates as Janelle and Meri want their shares, and Meri hints that Janelle advised her to protect herself legally, catching Kody and Robyn off guard. Kody admits in a confessional that he had considered screwing over the other wives but was stopped by Robyn's moral compass. We also see Meri fulfilling a lifelong dream by visiting Stonehenge. The episode wraps up with Kody going to Vegas with his brothers, reflecting on his past and admitting that polygamy doesn't work for him anymore, confessing that Robyn is the love of his life. The preview for the next episode teases Christine's wedding dress shopping and a potentially awkward conversation between Robyn and one of her daughters about dating within the church. Stay tuned for more gossip and updates on Sister Wives in tomorrow's podcast episode!

Sister Wives S19 Epi 11 RECAP! Kody Breakdowns Over Meri Moving On, Coyote Pass Showdown Begins, Janelle Meets David! Monday, November 25th, 2024 | Sarah Fraser Nov 25, 2024

Show notes

In this episode of Sister Wives, titled "The 11th Hour," I was struck by the whirlwind of emotions as Christine announced her engagement to David Woolley, which was met with a mix of snark and surprise from her kids. I couldn't help but feel frustrated with TLC for rushing through such significant moments after dragging out the drama for so long. Meri's move back to Utah coincided with what would have been her 33rd anniversary with Kody, leading to some humorous yet awkward interactions between them. As Janelle and Christine discussed their financial struggles and Kody's controlling nature, it became clear how much they had endured. The episode culminated in a surprisingly emotional farewell between Kody and Meri, leaving me to question whether his tears were genuine or just a performance. Overall, I felt this episode had so much depth that it could have easily been expanded into multiple episodes.
