The Rich Zeoli Show- 6:05pm- During an appearance on The Katie Miller Podcast, Attorney General Pam Bondi made controversial comments regarding “hate speech.” She stated: “There's free speech, and then there's hate speech. And there is no place, especially now, especially after what happened to Charlie, in our society. We will absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech." But isn’t that a First Amendment violation? 6:10pm- Bizarrely, AG Bondi doubled down on her controversial statement via a post to X: “Hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment. It’s a crime. For far too long, we’ve watched the radical left normalize threats, call for assassinations, and cheer on political violence. That era is over.” 6:20pm- Rich notes, Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969) established a three-pronged standard that speech advocating illegal action is not protected by the First Amendment if and ONLY if: 1. Intent—The speaker must intend to incite or produce lawless action. 2. Imminence—The lawless action must be imminent, meaning that it’s expected to occur right away rather than at some indefinite future time. 3. Likelihood—The speech must be likely to actually incite or produce that imminent lawless action. 6:40pm- Embarrassing: Sen. Cory Booker lost his mind during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing with FBI Director Kash Patel—at one point continually screaming, “I’m not afraid of you!”

In the aftermath, some on the far-left abhorrently defended the radicalized assassin’s actions—simply because they didn’t agree with Kirk’s political opinions. 3:10pm- On Monday, Vice President JD Vance hosted The Charlie Kirk Show from the White House, explaining that political violence “is not a both sides problem” right now. He continued: “24% of self-described very liberals believe it is acceptable to be happy about the death of a political opponent, while only 3% of self-described very conservatives agree. 3% is too many, of course. Another truth is that 26% of young liberals believe political violence is sometimes justified. And only 7% of young conservatives say the same…The data is clear. People on the left are much likelier to defend and celebrate political violence.” 3:15pm- Joining VP Vance on The Charlie Kirk Show, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F.
