November 9th, 2022. Pentagon Confirms, American Boots on the Ground in Ukraine Nov 09, 2022
    Show notes

It’s November 9th. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ Well, the results are trickling in for America’s midterm elections. And we’ll talk more about those tomorrow and next week. But there’s still a lot of other stuff happening out there. So let’s do a Big Five Update. Five critical updates on stories we’ve covered previously that are shaping America — and the world. First, the Pentagon has admitted it has boots on the ground in Ukraine, with the goal of trying to understand what’s happening to all that weaponry we’re sending to Kiev. Second, China’s looking to make a new friend in Central America, and the way that they’re doing it, is pretty sneaky. Third, a record number of Americans are moving to Mexico, of all places, but some Mexicans aren’t very happy about that. Fourth, there’s a pending rule by the US Government that could mean America’s farmers and ranchers have to track the greenhouse gas emissions on all of their operations. Finally, we’ve got another outbreak of bird flu in Iowa and that might mean higher chicken and turkey prices right before Thanksgiving. Plus, a listener question today this one about freedom of speech. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. Email: PDB@TheFirstTV.com

November 8th, 2022. Election Day! Will the Losers of the Midterms Call Foul? Nov 08, 2022
    Show notes

It’s November 8th. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ It’s election day and polls show that Republicans are likely to win the US House and Senate. And that means we’re likely to hear some pretty outrageous claims from the politicians who lose. So we’re going to cover those claims and let you decide whether The End is Near, as some are saying, or rather that America is alive and pretty darn well. And then, to close out the podcast, we’ll wrap up with three awesome questions from listeners. With one about why I don’t reach for vitamins when I’m sick — and it has to do with China. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. Show notes

It’s November 7th. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ Welcome to a Big Five Update this morning. Five critical updates on stories we’ve covered previously that are shaping America — and the world. First, North Korea is launching missiles and, apparently, sending weaponry to Moscow. Second, an update on the War in Ukraine. You might be hearing more talk of peace, but don’t believe it. I’ll explain why. Third, countries around the world are angry at the White House this morning because these foreign governments want some of Joe Biden’s Dirty Green Energy Cash. And he’s not sharing. Fourth, speaking of Mr. Biden, he kicked up quite a storm on Friday over coal plants. Shut them all down, he said. I’ll explain. Finally, some good news to start the week. A potential breakthrough for the 40M people in the world living with HIV. Plus, to end the podcast later this morning, a personal message on America’s election tomorrow. Some advice from history. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. Email: PDB@TheFirstTV.com

November 4th, 2022. Fentanyl Continues to Kill Americans 18-45. Who You Vote For Could Help Solve This Ongoing Tragedy Nov 04, 2022
    Show notes

It’s November 4th. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ The CDC announced a few months back that, if you are an American between the ages of 18 and 45, there’s one thing that’s killing your generation more than any other: drug overdoses, especially by fentanyl. We’re going to do a deep dive into how this drug starts in China, transits into Mexico, and ends up in your hometown. And we’re doing this today so that you can decide, as you vote next week, which politician or party is most likely to do something about this terrible killer. After our main brief this morning, we’ll wrap up the podcast with a question from Pat out of Seattle, Washington, who’s hearing rumors that Ukraine’s Wheat isn’t getting to poor countries around the world like we were told it would. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. November 3rd, 2022. A Few Things to Remember Going Into Election Season Nov 03, 2022
    Show notes

It’s November 3rd. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ It’s election time, but not just here in America. There’s one country in Europe where voters just put back into power a prime minister who slaughtered 15 million animals over COVID fears. We’re going to talk about the lessons that leaves for voters here in America. As always, I’m keeping an eye out for developing stories. Put these two on your radar. First, America’s college freshmen and sophomores are struggling this year with the basics — like reading and math — all because of COVID policies when they were in high school. I’ll share what school administrators are finding. Second, the Federal Reserve raised interest rates yesterday to reverse inflation. But they also put a report out saying it might take a long, long time to do that. And as always, we’ve got a listener question. Today it’s about why I don’t discuss social issues much on the PDB. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. Email: PDB@TheFirstTV.com

November 2nd, 2022. How Clean Are The Solar Panels Leading the "Green Revolution"? Nov 02, 2022
    Show notes

It’s November 2nd. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ For years we’ve heard about dirty oil, dirty coal, and dirty natural gas. All dirty because of their environmental record, plus their tie to foreign dictators. Well today begins a five part series on Dirty Green. We’ll explore the debate of whether renewable energy is really the picture of purity that we are so often told or whether there are dirty secrets to the environment and connections to dictators abroad. Today, we kick off the series exploring solar panels. That’s coming up. And finally, the last thing before I let you go. Question from a listener who says she doesn’t know much about international affairs but wonders if we can do more to hit Russia’s pocketbook. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. Show notes

It’s November 1st. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ A lot of information coming out of Ukraine this morning. We’ve got a new suspect in the sabotage of those natural gas pipelines. Also, some bad news on the Wheat Wars. And most importantly — an alarming connection to our war in Afghanistan, with some the Special Forces that we trained there now showing up in Ukraine. That’s coming up. As always, I’m keeping an eye out for developing stories. Put these two on your radar. First, some good news on car prices. They’re coming down. Second, the Supreme Court heard a case yesterday about affirmative action. We’ll talk about how the justices will likely rule. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. Email: PDB@TheFirstTV.com

    Show notes

It’s October 31st. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ Businessman Elon Musk took over Twitter on Friday, promising to make the social media company a beacon for free speech. Well now he’s got his first test: rumors about something that happened at the home of Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. We’ll talk about why these developments are such big deal — even if you don’t use Twitter. As always, I’m keeping an eye out for developing stories. Put these two on your radar. First, an outbreak of COVID at an Apple factory in China has workers cutting through fences to escape being locked down. Second, and speaking of COVID, there’s a new Senate report out on how COVID started in China. They have evidence it probably came from that Lab in Wuhan. And as always, we’ve got a listener question. Today it’s about those kids in the Congo mining for Dirty Green Energy, and whether kids should work at all. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. It’s October 28th. You’re listening to the President’s Daily Brief. Your morning intel starts now. ------ FIRST UP, The Midterm Elections are approaching and the issue of immigration is driving part of the conversation of who to vote for. We’re going to talk about the costs of that illegal migration — based on a shocking $1B claim from New York City’s Mayor. As always, I’m keeping an eye out for developing stories. Put these two on your radar. First, a wind farm in Germany is being torn down to expand a coal mine. We’ll discuss that. Second, lights are going out all across Ukraine, and so too are people joining protests all across Europe. I’ll give you both of those updates related to the War of Attrition in Ukraine. And as always, we’ve got a listener question. Today it’s about the prospect of electoral fraud in Pennsylvania. ------ Please remember to subscribe if you enjoyed this episode of the President's Daily Brief. Email: PDB@TheFirstTV.com

Five critical updates on stories we’ve covered previously that are shaping America — and the world. First, if you’re thinking of buying an electric pickup truck, I’ve got some numbers you’ll want to hear about. All connected to a very big price tag. Second, another group of rail road workers has rejected a labor-deal that was negotiated by the Biden Administration. I’ll explain why you should care. Third, US oil companies and refineries are exporting a record amount of oil, gas, and diesel abroad, that’s as America’s east coast has shortages. I’ll explain what’s going on. Fourth, state and local governments continue to buy Chinese telecom equipment despite warnings not to. We’ll discuss how you can help stop that. Finally, how about some good news? If you have an autistic friend or loved one, I’ve got a hopeful treatment to tell you about. Plus, one more thing before I let you go.
