JLMAY is upon us and The Podcast of Oa is proud and honored to be kicking off the month long celebration of the tenth anniversary of Blackest Night with our supersized 138th episode. Join co-hosts Phil Bova and Myron Rumsey as we talk about how the Green Lantern franchise got to this DC Universe wide cosmic event and the key issues that launched Blackest Night in May of 2009. We'll be talking about Green Lantern #43, the prelude to Blackest Night which tells the macabre and horrific tale of William Hand and his fate to become the Herald of Nekron, and then we jump into the Free Comic Book Day release of Blackest Night #0 and how it served as a gateway to the Green Lantern universe. We also have some great listener feedback to share with everyone.
