    Show notes

The sisters are candid about past mistakes and mis-steps, bring the research behind their current views, and challenge one another, as well as listeners, to look beyond themselves and carefully consider the weight of each of our actions. They discuss their own tendencies toward hustle, and end the episode with ideas of how to wade through Hustle Culture, how to help kids navigate a workplace focused on a narrow view of success, and reflect on what makes a whole and healthy being in the midst of 2019.
