DD reminds us that if you choose to work in an industry, you can have love for the industry itself and remembering that.

Also we would be remised if we did not talk about our sister, Lauren Smith-Fields who lost her life and it took for Twitter to rally around her family and the case for the police department to do their jobs. We’re praying for her family and friends during this time and are heartbroken at what has happened.
