Here Randy, here's a copy of the tape.” , and I made the mistake actually of putting the tape into the tape deck and listening to it on the way home. And I can honestly tell the audience that had a very difficult time keeping the car on the road, because the tape was so damning, and what was in the lecture was so damning, it was so horrific it was kind of beyond the pale."

It would appear that Carter Page was aware of the GOP Reply or Opposition to TOP SECRET information included in his FISA Warrant application. He mentions Paul Ryan as the sourse that will approve the release of this classified Top Secret information some 60 days after this live MSNBC interview.
If Paul Ryan disclosed TOP SECRET information to the Subject of the investigation is question he would at the very least be in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information
