Do you feel like one episode of Grey’s Anatomy a week just isn’t enough to get you through? Well pour yourself a glass of wine (or a shot of tequila – we’re not picky) and join veteran Grey’s fans Abbey Moore and Bri Babbitt to discuss, dissect and indulge in chatter of your favorite characters, heartbreaking moments and everything in between.
We will be re-watching the entire series starting with Season 1 Episode 1 – and encourage you to do the same. You won’t be sorry! Or you might, but we will just forget that. Just like we did with the musical episode in Season 7.
Be warned! From the very beginning this is a spoilers podcast. We reference the entire show and everything that has happened through to current Greys. We do not recommend listening if this is your first time watching the show.

It’s a New Year and a New On Call Room Podcast! Abbey and Bri have started a Patreon account and are so excited for this opportunity of developing the show and providing quality content to the best listeners. If you’re interested in donating please follow the link in the bio. This is the second attempt at this episode because, whoops Mercury is in Retrograde and they lost their original version of this episode. No worries though this redo may be better than the first. There is plenty of holiday recall and Grey’s banter. George cuts his hair, thank God. We have sad Addison who seeks playful flirtation with her patients husband, and Cristina wishes she still had her old apartment. Meredith apologizes to George in the elevator and it’s pretty lame, but Derek recognizes he had hurt Addison and wins apologies. Denny, Izzie, and Karev are in a love triangle. Izzie makes up her mind that she’s no longer with Karev, and the Denny love blossoms. Even if you’re not looking to donate to the podcast, please just visit the patreon page! Also, don’t forget to leave a review on ITunes Grey’s babies. New Year, New Me, New Us! www.patreon.com/theoncallroom
S2 E19: The one with two witches with special guest Dr. Annie Bishop
Dec 19, 2017
Show notes
This episode gets its lowest scalpel rating yet, but the dialogue may be the best ever. On the episode this week we have special guest Dr. Annie Bishop scrubbing in, a chiropractor and forever friend of Abbey and Bri. This is the episode we have all been dreading, where Meredith and George have sex. So, don’t worry these three ladies refuse to talk about much of the actual episode. There’s talk of their boyfriends fashion, there are spells cast, and notes attempted to be sung. And even though this isn’t a favorite episode there’s plenty of conversation of characters, new and old. Callie is introduced finally, Denny shows up again, and chief is trolling the hospital. We still have some Bailey teaching moments, and we see one of the first scenes where Meredith and Karev connect. It always brings new insight into the series when a new voice speaks to an episode, so we thank you Annie for all you contributed. Even if this episode was dull, we managed to record our longest one yet!

Holidays! Thankfulness! Christmas Trees! We’re headed into the holiday swing, recording around Christmas Trees and reflecting on the past weekend. Bri talks about meeting all of her boyfriends friends at Friendsgiving with an IBS spell, and Abbey and Bri talk about the best Thanksgiving celebration with Jake’s family. This episode is just as epic as the past two, in different ways. We are introduced to two new characters. Ladies and gentleman, Mark Sloan is in the house and he joins Meredith in the "Dirty Mistress Gang". We also meet Thatcher, Meredith’s dad who can’t seem to ever say the right thing. Cristina knows how to have a private dance party, and pulls Burke right in. This is a classic favorite scene, and both Bri and Abbey are thrilled by it. At the end of the episode we have one of the most cringe worthy scenes in all of Grey’s history. Meredith and George...do it. It’s hard to even comprehend and Abbey and Bri struggle to even talk about it. The ladies are still struggling with sound, they need a new microphone, so they apologize, but you should all donate to them damnit!
S2 E17: BOMB SQUAD Part 2: A Memesicle

Abbey is broken this episode. She recently did a walkabout in New York City to fulfill her dream of seeing the original cast of Dear Evan Hanson on Broadway, and now all she can think about is the musical. Don’t be shocked when most of this episode is consumed by the theater, including Abbey and Bri writing a biographical play based on memes. You heard it here first, just wait for it to hit Broadway. Bri’s sister welcomes twins, and she couldn’t be more happy for the family. She also hears her neighbors fornicating whilst in the bathroom, ultimately interrupting her “me” time. This is part 2 of the bomb episode and it’s just as epic as part 1. The girls respond to Meredith’s monologue about what they would do if they knew they were going to die. They question why Bailey’s son goes by Tucker, even though that’s not his name, and rate this just as high as the last. These two bomb episodes are classic Grey's and do not disappoint Abbey and Bri, leaving a 10 scalpel rating for the two combined. It’s the highest yet, so you know it’s good!

You’re leading ladies are back in action, after a short leave of absence. We apologize for the delay but Bri was having a birthday and Abbey’s mind has been consumed by Broadway. In this episode we find out what happened to Rodman, who Bri’s boyfriend is or isn’t, and what actress would play each of them in a performance about their lives. Bri gives her highest rating of scalpels to date on this episode, as Abbey follows suit. Let’s face it, this is the most epic episode we’ve seen in Grey’s, because bombs, and feelings that we might die today. Bailey needs a new vagina, Chief is stressed about a quiet board, Derrick and Preston can’t use each other’s names, and BOMBS. Again, this episode is epic so sit back and listen to Abbey and Bri give a play by play. There’s no other way!

S2 E15: We are a mess: closet breakdowns and sinus infections with special guest Wyn Wiley

This week on the podcast we talk more about musicals than anything having to do with Grey's Anatomy. Bri has a cold so don't mind how often they stop and go, it's just part of the creative process! Wyn joins the gals this week and knows nothing about Greys, but quickly picks up on how important and godly Derek Shepherd's hair is. We finally have the iconic Meredith in a closet scene - and Abbey tries to keep everyone on track because she had some serious GGB's and needed to let everyone know. Listen a long and please send out some good vibes for our podcast editor as well as Bri's sinuses. Don't forget to subscribe on iTunes and leave a review!
S2 E14: 47 Months Pregnant
Oct 25, 2017
Show notes
Welcome back to your favorite Grey’s Anatomy podcast with your two favorite hosts who struggle with technology. Yes ladies and gentlemen, Abbey deleted the first recording of this episode. So, take a listen to an epic cold open of uncontrollable laughter at their failures. Abbey compares Bri to the patient Ms. Larson because she’s all done up, her shoulders are out, she can’t stop singing, and scarves over lamps. Spoiler alert: all of Bri’s lamps are covered with scarves (it looks really good guys). Cristina tells off Shepard in defense of her #1 Meredith, while Burke invites Meredith over for dinner. Needless to say Cristina is weirded out. Watching Cristina shove hot dogs in her mouth is Bri’s spirit animal and Abbey and Bri agree that only Cristina could eat hot dogs that way without it being even slightly sexual. Bailey delivers another teaching moment as she is 47 months pregnant, but sees all, hears all, and will be back. The interns stare uncomfortably, Abbey and Bri give it two thumbs up. Remember to leave a review on iTunes, otherwise Abbey might shame you. It’s loving shame though, because you listeners are the best!
S2 E13: Somebody Once Told Me ... SHREK MEMES!
Oct 17, 2017

Welcome back to this week's episode of Hamilton. I mean, The On-Call Room. It gets confusing as the women are completely immersed in the epic musical and can't stop singing it. Bri hasn't received any texts all day so she resorts to looking up Shrek memes. What she finds is terrifying. Shrek. Is. Everywhere. Literally. Somebody once told me... Bri and Abbey are both inspired by the words of patient, Mauer Paskowitz ... "Lying here in this flesh prison I reach a grim conclusion that I'm a failure." This will become their new mantra (while being bedridden from hangovers). Bailey drops truth bombs on an airplane with an off-the-clock Cristina and Burke wants to know things. Which is #thebestboyfriendever. Meredith has a dog. Derek likes dogs. Then things get a little spooky ... because Bri's ceiling tiles contain the paranormal. Bri and Abbey also spend a really overwhelmingly long time discussing the belts of the early 2000s. It's not a good look. If you care about us, tweet @itsjeaninemason one of Season 14's newest interns and let her know about the show! We are dying to have her as a guest. #plzandthankyou SHREK --> http://www.cetusnews.com/life/Literally-Just-24-Shrek-Posts-That-No-One-Ever-Asked-For.r1cGWP6lN4sZ.html SHREK + WINDOWS SOUNDS --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03UsitcsLq4 BIG BELT FASHION --> https://www.bustle.com/articles/157518-11-enormous-belts-everyone-owned-in-the-early-2000s-photos
S2 E12: Because that's what Jesus would FREAKING do!
Oct 10, 2017

IT'S CHRISTMAS! Well, at least in the On Call Room world. This is our first Christmas episode and it delivers. First and foremost Bri burned down her house because she woke up to a spider in her bed. She's looking for a new home, message her on Instagram. Cristina is Jewish, Burke is surprised and spiritual, Karev is dirty Uncle Sal, and Bailey has a teaching moment with her unborn child. Derek rocks an iPod and clip on cell phone AND loves Meredith. Yes folks, you heard it first, Derek tells Addison it wasn't just a fling with our leading lady. Shock factor 100%. Karev is studying for his exam that he failed and all the interns pitch in, including a weepy Izzie (because that's what Jesus would FREAKING do). The holiday spirit penetrates Abbey and Bri as they talk favorite Christmas carols, favorite Christmas movies, and their preferred aesthetics for Christmas decorations. So, pour yourself some egg nog, or Rumchata and hit play and get down with that holiday boogey.
