It Just Meant More: 2008 Georgia Basketball's Post-Tornado SEC Tournament Run (ep. 269) Mar 19, 2020
    Show notes

Because you're probably missing college basketball right now, the guys offered up something that will hopefully ease the pain. They looked back at the bizarre circumstances that led to Georgia's 2008 SEC Tournament run. The unprecedented tornado that ripped through downtown Atlanta and hit the Georgia Dome meant that the Dawgs, as the worst team in the SEC, had to win 3 games in 2 days. The SEC Storied documentary "Miracle 3" set the stage for the recap the guys offered up. They dug into the characters (director, A-Listers, prominent extras) and the story arc (favorite line from the doc, thing you didn't know or forgot until re-watching this, what would've happened if the result was flipped and the image we'll always remember from this). Take a stroll down memory lane with a recap of one of the strangest SEC events of the 21st century.Hosts: Connor O'Gara, Chris MarlerLearn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
